Charlie even denied giving Kate an Ativan the night of the murder and even took the trouble to say maybe she took one without his knowledge He knew dispensing meds without a prescription is illegal for a dentist and covered himself while being on the stand for murder. This was so revealing to me!

I worked as a maintenance man on call 24/7 for many years. My employer(s) paid what they called, 'Chinese-overtime', where the total hours were divided into the 40 hour pay to provide the hourly for the overtime. (ie: 50 hours would be what I made in 40 hours divided by 50 to give the hourly pay per hour for the overtime). Example would be: if hourly was $10/hr x 40 hours = $400. Then the $400 would be divided by 50 to determine the hourly of $8 for the 10 hours of overtime (=$80) for a total of $480 for the week. The theory was that this would deter doing work longer than necessary on overtime hours. Strange but true. And apparently this was legal. It was appalling to say the least. The employer(s) would save all sorts of money using this scheme. Nothing more crooked than a landlord, especially in regards to his employees.
This is interesting seeing a peak into this employee working for the Adelsons especially after meeting Patty and her experience being employed by them even though the outcome will be private . They paid the retainer of approx $10k with AMX, received legal services, snd when the balance was due, filed a dispute with AMX to dispute the charges! AMX slmost always refunds back to customer! Law firm is sued H&D and AMX! These Adelson are ballsy!

I don't think he was sanctioned but I think Wendi/her attorney filed a motion because Dan hadn't given her the share from the house yet. Dawn and I read a bunch of the family court case filings years ago. It's been a while. Brother Counsel made a video about the perjury issue- he said something about how the lie had to also relate to a material fact to constitute perjury. Not knowing Florida law or having done the research myself, I'm not sure if Wendi lying about Dan being sanctioned would meet the elements of perjury.
On Donna’s docket everything is sealed. Is that normal? Charlie’s is all open, but when you get to Donna’s nothing is coming up. Is this normal before trial?

I’m really concerned about your throat & voice I hope you’re seeing a throat specialist. I told you years ago I got some strange virus ( sorry I can’t remember the name) & slowly lost my voice until nothing came out. I worked with a specialist, & speech therapist 5 days a week for almost a year! Whew! That was something else, but I regained my voice back, Dr. said I had benign tumors on my voice box & through speech therapy ( sounds I followed on a computer eventually resolved them. I don’t understand how that worked, but it worked, thankfully. My heart goes out to you because you have to speak for as an Attorney & I’m praying that they find an answer to whatever is going on with you. Maybe it’s just over use & your throat is more sensitive than others, I don’t know. I just don’t like to see & hear you struggling with that. So far the specialists have no solutions so I've been referred to others & have yet another appointment later next month with a voice disorder specialist. The other is Abductor, where the vocal cords don’t close and speech is very breathy, almost like a whisper but worse. Are had to see an ENT to be diagnosed. I had a surgery in Japan for SD which was successful, but having MTD as a secondary factor and caused by SD, my voice is still affected, but in a different way. They also can treat it with Botox injections. I never had it treated either Botox, it’s an ongoing thing. They have to find the right spot. Some people have a good outcome and some don’t. This condition is a neurological disorder, it’s rare, but alot of people have it. If you look on UA-cam, look up Robert Kennedy Jr. he has this condition. You can find him talking about it. Put in his name and Spasmodic Dysphonia. He also went to Japan and had the same surgery that I had and the same Doctors. Though he also has MTD and his voice is hoarse sounding and still some choppiness. It is said, men don’t have as good of an outcome, because they can’t make their voice that high sounding. Thank you. I've already seen 2 otolaryngologists who had no solutions. I'm not a candidate for botox injections due to the way the spasms were occurring. I saw a neurologist & rheumatologist who also could not help- but at least I don't have autoimmune diseases or neurological problems. I am seeing another specialist later next month. Why did this person not request overtime pay at the time he worked the alleged overtime? Not that am defending Harvey at all but sounds like the employee suddenly got upset with his employer or something hinky to me.
I know-- he worked like that for many years. Maybe he felt braver after Charlie's conviction and someone told him his legal rights. Many people do not know their rights, especially lower paid immigrant workers. Oh wait, weren't those the people Wendi the humanitarian lawyer was keen on helping, as their savior....
@janetmosier9182 thanks. Sorry your friend is having trouble too. It is very frustrating and embarrassing at times. My speech therapist just said to take more breaths and pauses. No one has any great solutions but someone on youtube did recommend a Chinese herbal cough syrup that has helped with the pain. The neurologist said sometimes this just happens to people.
@aalegalfocus I take a BP medication that sometimes makes me lose my voice. As we know it's annoying. I truly hope you can find someone or something to help.
I have mentioned many times on this channel and in comments that my voice has been deteriorating over the last couple of years, and I have been seeing a lot of different specialists trying to get a solution. I know and am sorry I sound awful but to me, it is more important to get information out to people who care about the same issues I care about. In the future, I will try using artificial readers more, make short videos, and get guests on shows to help reduce the amount of talking I have to do. Thanks again to the nice, supportive people out there who can see these videos/shows for substance offered.

Why did this person not request overtime pay at the time he worked the alleged overtime? Not that am defending Harvey at all but sounds like the employee suddenly got upset with his employer or something hinky to me.
I know-- he worked like that for many years. Maybe he felt braver after Charlie's conviction and someone told him his legal rights. Many people do not know their rights, especially lower paid immigrant workers. Oh wait, weren't those the people Wendi the humanitarian lawyer was keen on helping, as their savior....

@janetmosier9182 thanks. Sorry your friend is having trouble too. It is very frustrating and embarrassing at times. My speech therapist just said to take more breaths and pauses. No one has any great solutions but someone on youtube did recommend a Chinese herbal cough syrup that has helped with the pain. The neurologist said sometimes this just happens to people.

I have mentioned many times on this channel and in comments that my voice has been deteriorating over the last couple of years, and I have been seeing a lot of different specialists trying to get a solution. I know and am sorry I sound awful but to me, it is more important to get information out to people who care about the same issues I care about. In the future, I will try using artificial readers more, make short videos, and get guests on shows to help reduce the amount of talking I have to do. Thanks again to the nice, supportive people out there who can see these videos/shows for substance offered.
How much is the lawsuit for unpaid wages for? Pay the man and settle outside Court.
He claims he's owed over $11k & probably wants more as damages and attorney fees.
@@aalegalfocus 11K plus interest and Court cost. That will be the Judgement against Harvey.
Liquidated damages would be the same amount. Then attorney fees and costs which could become high, because of the attorney's hourly rate.
