Challenges 'character' faces:
1. good character faces resistance - Be strong
2. when there is so much competition - be strong
3. No support sometimes - try having strong social ties
4. be humble, not entitled
ways to strengthen: (regular exercises)
1. pray and meditate often, on positive things. (ex. my character is strong and i'll make right decisions.)
2. keep reminding yourself why you're here and what is your purpose
3. Have a good inner circle
4. stay focused on your core value
5. always help others (or find ways to)
6. remain humble
