- Out of all the gem shows I attended in Denver this year, the Natl. Western Complex has to be the biggest! They offered a vast diverse number of vendors and dealers. Everything from 15 ft Amethyst cathedrals to custom hand made jewelry from around the world could be found at this show! Enjoy!

That 1st Amethyst geode is sweet. 139 kilos = 306 pounds seems about right. My guess for price is $3-4k

When i was a kid i didnt know mexican fire opal bad play of color like other opals i had seen. The only fire opals i ever saw were reds or Amber colored or yellowish oranges
