What I’m loving about your videos is that you’re stopping at booths and items that I might not look twice at because I wouldn’t know what the they were and be intimidated to go find out- I probably would just glance at these things and walk on by- but you get in there and dig deep explaining things and talking with people- I’m learning far more than if I just went on my own- it’s a pleasure taking these vicarious trips with you! Thank you so much for making the effort and taking the time to film them- I’m sure I’m speaking for all of us that subscribe- you’re the best Dave!⛏💎
I really appreciate your kindness and your appreciation I’ve thought a lot about not doing it but I’m in love with the rocks and ppl who love the rocks
We’re not far off from there being almost no slabs or specimens of any size. All over several countries people are busy digging up a limited supply and chopping it into tiny pieces, now people are selling sand. Old stock is becoming a common term.
It’s def a bit of a corny niche I’ll tell you what my friend if people weren’t making money off of convincing people that it’s new and collectible nobody would be cutting it
Most people I talk to here in texas say llanite has blue quartz and I’ve done a hardness test it tests like quartz
Thanks for educating me my friend if you don’t mind I’m going to pin your post so others can see :)

When Queen Victoria became a widow she wore black with black jet jewelry for the rest of her life. Jet from Whitby became the fashion.

In my mind I see someone dumping resin over a surfboard and the floor under the work area. That's it I'm done 🇺🇲
It would be agreeable to see people's faces.
Do you need surprised by how I could film for 30 to 40 minutes at a booth and when o film their face they asked me to delete footage
@@lapidarydave Ok, thought there may be a reason.
We all do the best we can and I appreciate your footage anyway. Thanks.
I don’t get the whole fordite/surfite thing, why would anyone ever want to purchase synthetic crap, Oh well to each his own.
