Thank you so much Prabhuji 🙏🏼,we have to do prescribed duties until our heart purified,but while doing so samskaras will form like,Bharat maharaj renounced everything and engaged in higher purpose but out of causeless mercy he protected and maintained the deer as a kshatriya,how to be free from old samskaras?please kindly forgive me if any mistakes in my understanding and correct my consciousness 🙏🏼

@ananthalakshmi - As a King he had a TENDENCY to PROTECT PRAJA. That is not wrong. But we have to take care not to go OVERBOARD in the NAME OF PROTECTION by NEGLECTING our SADHANA. We should know our limits. Caring for the deer was not wrong. After deer grows up, he could have sent it into the forest with the other deers and peacefully focussed on his own sadhana. That is the lesson for us. Our old tendencies will push us from within and with our practice of KC, we have to counteract them by making new samskaras, by walking the new KC path. THIS is the point. Eat 50% of belly, 25% water, 25% for air so that proper digestion can take place.
Drink water after an hour of eating and when you feel thirsty. Never drink beer / liquor / rum and any such harmful drinks. Devotees avoid even Cold drinks, Tea and Coffee as they have many harmful agents too. HK ys Radheshyam das
