That truly was an epic transformation. They wouldn't have been able to use that backyard and look at how wonderful it really is. I feel quite emotional about what you did there. You even took the rubbish! It will green up quickly and will be a space they can be proud of. Well done Sean. You are a rare gem.

I just can’t even imagine how the owner must feel looking out on what once was, the fond memories of days gone by. I still can’t fathom any family member or neighbor that would allow 8 years of neglect. Thank you Sean for your kind heart! Just beautiful!

You do realize that, now that you've finished the final part of this person's yard, after a span of three or more weeks, you just have to return for one final time and give the whole property a once over, just so that all of the yards, front & back, all have a matching rate of growth and look, right? I'm sure everyone here wouldn't mind just one final, epilogue to this epic tale of yard care transformation. As everyone else here says, Great Job! Keep it up! Cheers 🍻from a fellow great Commonwealth country, better known as Canada! ❤🇨🇦

Epic as its own part but truly amazing as part of the 3-part series! This video is truly a yard makeover as well as an archeological dig! I really wasn't sure what the layout was until close to the end. Once that grass greens up, the yard will really have an amazing look. I really enjoy your approach to the issues/problems that you come across on your jobs. That grass is a beast! Excellent work as always, Sean!

What I like about Sean is he takes the time to move things out of the way, throw away the junk and when he's finished, puts things back in a better order than they were in unlike some USA lawn guys who mow around things or leave them where they are. Sean is the only lawn care guy I watch and always look forward to his new videos. If a new one isn't out yet, I go back and watch his older videos. I just find it relaxing watching him take a mess and make it beautiful. 🥰

What a great job yet again Sean ... i started watching these lawn care videos about 12 months ago mainly American guys at first but discovered yours and Tim's channels soon after and prefer my local guys as you collect the rubbish and bag and remove the lawn clippings and generally do a far better job ... another thing i noticed is here in Australia we seem to have more agencies caring for our elderly or disabled who contact guys like you to help out .. the work you do is amazing and your non judgemental assistance to the needy is nothing short of amazing .. i hope you continue to provide your services for many years to come and know you are appreciated by your loyal followers on You Tube .. remember to like and subscribe people

That was definitely a back yard we couldn't guess how it would look when done. Green Acres gave you some very thoughtful, useful items. Glad you have some new friends to deal with. You did a massive amount of work, including kind extras as renewing the use of the clothesline area and clearing out clutter. At one point, you were lowering severe grass thatch about three levels at a time. The tree that had started growing from a low wall, you gave a good view of what it was like to cram into a small space and try to take it out. I guess I will settle on calling the surprise raised area a "deck". It sounded so odd when you started on the top "soil level" with a shovel and it had a scraping sound, instead of something like the soft sound of dirt. You definitely earned your victory and maybe a Hallelujah Dance on top of it. So nice that home is back to usable and attractive. Appreciate that the case workers have been looking out for their clients welfare and have you to call on.

It's amazing how very little actual grass area there was in that overgrown lawn. I have a vineing type of grass in my lawn also and I hate it. I'm constantly having to pull runners out of flower and vegetable garden beds that I've already cleared because it keeps trying to grow back over them. Great job as always. It'll be so much easier for someone to maintain now.

After my stroke 10 years ago I could not have kept my allotment or garden in order without the help and hard work my partner put into it until I got better and could work with her again, though now at a slower pace due to my disabilities. An untidy yard or garden just compounds the sense of helplessness you sometimes feel because you cant do things you did naturally before you became disabled. Having the kind of help you offer is a godsend to people who through no fault of their own cant look after their yards or gardens. Im a bit amazed that no one else helped this gentleman for eight years! Thanks for the great work you do!

Sean, your "epic overgrown yard rescue" is an understatement. To paraphrase the famous quote from the Lewis and Clark Expedition of 1803-1806 in the USA (exploration westward to the Pacific Ocean), "Concrete in view! O! The joy!" Congrats on transforming this extensively overgrown property -- the end result is amazing!

Archaeology adventures again! You uncovered pavement, a barbecue, a raised patio! How refreshing for the client! Kind of removes that trapped feeling.

To see a yard get into that shape is heartbreaking. It’s a shame there wasn’t someone to help him. Thanks for stepping up. 😊❤

OMG! Most people would say, that’s good enough, but not you. As always another awesome job! You never let me down, you always pick up, put away, throw away. I like where you put the bird bath! Very detailed. Such a joy to watch. Oh, the spider, have you ever been bitten by a spider? Take care.💚

Wow. I'm in awe, you did a great job uncovering all that concrete in the backyard. And the edging/whipper snipper that you do so well. And battling that tough grass mix. Well. You worked hard for your money on this one.

I would love to know how many hours it took to do the complete yard! I am an 80 year old woman and I remember mowing as a child. You are a blessing.
