    I don’t understand why Toyota charges for these services that i would consider simple services that help Toyota just as much as a customer. I’ve chosen to not pay since i dont think Toyota is approaching this appropriately

    Recent trip history can’t tell me what my MPG was for the trip but it can tell me if I braked hard, accelerated hard, or took corners too hard? Seems like an odd set of data. I would think most drivers would rather know what their range, EV use, and MPG was. The car has this info stored. Why not make it viewable in the app?

      It is on the status tab at the very top. A picture lists the pressure in each tire. Below that it tells you if the pressure is good or not.

    My Rav4 Prime SE turned 1 year old yesterday and as of now, when charging I cannot get information on how long it will be when it finishes charging. As I understand it I now have to pay $15/month to get this functionality. I think this is bad costumer service. This functionality should be free just as the info on the tire psi is free.

    How do you register when saying can't register a fleet or commercial vehicle I know it used to be a rental car at the enterprise rental until bought by the VW dealership

      @@toyotausa okay, also you forgot to explain in your video that "multimedia entune" is not readily available to those who are located in the U.S and the only features you get from the app is very very limited to like only viewing your cars fuel range and you dont get any smart features that you all claim to have

    Can anyone explain to me why the “Remote Start” requires numerous attempts to get my RAV4 Hybrid started. This feature is one of the main reasons I carry the App.

      lol exactly instead of giving a straight answer they tell you to call someone. Meaning you can have it when you pay for the subscription. I call bs because other premium vehicles let you do this for free subscription based things are getting out of control.

    After having my Rav4P SE for one year i cannot longer use the app (without paying $15/month) to see how long will it be when my car is done charging. This is poor costumer service. This functionality should be free just as the info on the tire psi is free.

    Kind of useless app, the subscriptions too. Signed up for the $15 because one so I could unlock my car if I forget my keys inside and lock it. All it does is tell me the status of it. What good is it telling me is locked if I know I press the lock button.
    The maintenance is a sales pitch owners manual tells you do oil change every 5000 miles. Dealership says every 10,000.
    Owners manual says change transmission fluid every 30.,000 miles. Dealership say Toyotas have a sealed transmission that doesn’t require fluid changes. Sealed just means it doesn’t have a dip stick.
    Dealership wants your car to breakdown faster so you buy a new one faster? As long as your car makes it past tithe warranty they don’t care.

    We can't even log onto the Toyota App at the point you choose your Vehicle! I got as far as scanning the QR code and my iPhone wouldn't scan it. There's no 8-digit code to enter manually so we're stuck. Hopefully our dealership will help us.

    Everyday the app removes my vehicle and I have to reconnect it / register it. It’s winter now and it already has failed to command start once. Annoying since it’s cold out

If there are multiple drivers of the vehicle, you may each access the vehicle information through the Toyota app on separate phones, however you will need to sign in using the same login credentials (email and password).

    I cannot use keyboard on my Samsung s24 ultra, when I click within text box my keyboard flickers for a split second and than disappears. I never had this problem with any other app. It is unusable for me.

    Hi! Does not give all the features according to your year or model of vehicle. This Remote connect video is brief and a generalization of the common stuff. My 2023 Camry XSE V6: Start, Lock, Unlock, Odometer reading, Distance to Empty (always false and incorrect for example indicate 91 miles to empty but I can drive another 150 miles), VEHICLE STATUS, HEALTH & ALERTS, SERVICE APPOINTMENTS, Last Parked Location with mini Map, DRIVE PULSE & TRIPS (driving behavior). Under Vehicle Status: Tire Pressure, Doors, Windows.// Health & Alerts: Safety Recalls, Service Campaign ( COVID-19 chip shortage so did not get 2nd Key FOB, later Toyota notified when 2nd Key FOD be avail), Vehicle Alerts, KeyFOB battery status, Quality of Engine Oil. // Finally, Service Appt.: Maintenance Schedule, Appointments, and Service History. * Note: without the Toyota App Remote Connect you will not be able to Remote Start your vehicle using the App or your Key FOB.
    You will need a Remote Connect subscription to use your KeyFOB to start your vehicle remotely. Toyota gave everyone the shaft and when you pay that Toyota makes a profit. All the other subscriptions are worthless including Remote Connect but it is needed if you want to remote start your vehicle.

    This app is TRASH. Bought a brand new off the lot 2023 Tacoma last Thursday and the sales lady was so excited about the app....I downloaded it and still the piece of crap app...doesn't do anything...doesn't give me an odometer reading, no tire pressure no remote anything. What a disappointment.....The Ford app....was much quicker and the remote start works every time and there is no subscription needed.

      Tire pressure is on the status button as the first thing at the top. For odometer, hit the find button at the bottom right then select Drive Pulse & Trips. You will find both odometer readings there.
