Normal rice use kar sakthe,fermentation hone ki baath eno or soda ki jarurath bilkul nahi,hum eno or soda instant fermentation keliye use karegana ,.Thank you dear

yes it is normal roasted rice powder ,roast nahikiyatho be chalega,this is home made rice powder so already roast karki rakkada,if you can roast 1mt
