I've made this years ago but I make it savory, no vanilla, no vinegar. Can add spices as the pb taste isn't strong tasting.
Did use Saran Wrap on top of the loaf when you cooked it.
Does this prevent it from raising and then falling.
I didn't put anything on top of it.
Silly question but did you ever try using the batter and making them into peanutbutter bread pancakes??

I just made this. I added 4tbsp sugar. Wasn't sweet and didn't taste peanut buttery. Thanks for the easy flourless, no drama ingredients bread

How many carbs in this entire loaf?
around 999 calories entire loaf/ 25g of Carbs , I use 3 eggs and half cup of peanuts butter, no vanilla , just 1 tsp of vinegar

Mine is 30L. maybe adjust mo ang time if hindi pa maxado umalsa, add time.

I have tried this bread twice.it rises well but when I take it out from oven and leave it to cool it becomes flat why is it so?

Wax paper has been used in baking for decades.
