No when ppl WANT money for dumb shit they can’t afford and want to ask me for money.. nah. That’s your dumb shit not mine. I buy my own dumb shit

NEWS FLASH: SHUMPERT INTERVIEWS ARE DOPE!!! GOOD DUDE.

Just another reminder of why you never judge a book until you've read it.
Dude is very humble, wise and respectful.

I love listening to Shump. The way he tells stories, is great. Need more from him.
You a god until you show me you a king. And even if you fall as a king and a king is a great man .
Wow!!! I loved that part
Shump is an AMAZING storyteller. How he explains everything, and just by his storytelling you can tell he’s good at analyzing. Also good at telling details. I love this man 😂
Y’all should watch Shump on the 85 South show due to “the energy” of that show he’s a bit more relaxed and a lot more hilarious if you can believe it!
I just got done watching it that’s how I got here
@@michelleallen9172 i don’t watched that interview twice now 😂
Give the guy doing the interview a lot of credit. He respected Iman and did not rudely interrupted like Vlad does.
😂facts
This guy is a star in life. Naturally. Iman Shumpert the person, the spiritual being is his greatest talent in which he shines brightest. But he moonlights as an NBA shooting guard & independent hip hop artist & is also talented in those endeavors. The fact that he doesn't even know the true order of his gifts only amplifies the realness of this Young Black King. He thinks he's a professional Basketball player 1st, who happens to be on a hiatus, so is using the time off to train & dig into his passion for hip hop, something that he is also known for, with a need to express himself lyrically through music. & is just a different type of dude that has the unique quality of being openly introspective & honest almost to a fault. Which means his nature is to be spiritually transparent when he's chopping it up with you. His heart & soul is on full display as he reveals his truth & most likely wouldn't do shit that he'd be ashamed of so wouldn't feel the need to lie & hide from the truth. & if it was something that just aint yo bizness I could picture him telling you "it gotdamn ain't yo business" lol. So being open & real is what resonates with people. This cat just draws you in by just being him. That shit is rare cuz most people are shady & hiding behind the fake persona they created for the public. But homie ain't even trippin he cool as fuck for not trying to be cool. That's why his light shines brighter in conversations than it does on the court or in the booth. & his charm lies in the fact that he's too real, too goofy, & too humble to know any better😂😂😂
People are LATE to how Cool Iman Shumpert is. I don't think LeBorn would have gotten him paid as much as he did if he didn't like Imans Character. #Facts
0:00 - 1:28:16 best part. Thank me later

The best comment on UA-cam ever...

On God
Ok.. I have seen this interview 3 different times with around a year between each watch, and love it just as much each time. Shump is the kind of guy that every one loves having in their group of friends. He is very intelligent, and for me, is surprisingly thoughtful with the things he says. I always saw him as a goofball (which he is), but that is such a small part of who this man is. He has amazing stories, and they are amplified 10 fold, by his personality, sense of humor, and amazing story telling. He is a treasure.. Not to mention his insane atheleticism.. Obviously you need to be an amazing athelete to play any pro sport, but this man was the elite of the elite in that regard.. I wont even get into his impressive rapping right now, but it had to be mentioned. This is just one man giving another his roses now, before he is gone. Thank you for being you, and the countless hours of entertainment on and off the court. 🌹🌹
Been waiting for the full interview 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.
Really enjoyed the interview, very authentic and loved his take on his NBA experiences. One of my favorite.
Damn who knew Shump could give dope ass interviews 💯💯💯
Who remember iman with the Box on the Knicks
YOO WAS BUDDY THE ONE WITH THE ADIDIS LOGO?
Mannnnn, shut up. He had that box damn near his whole career
Boy cracked his neck in an interview 😂😂😂
Shump needs his own podcast, love listening to him
People forget SHUMP could’ve been the greatest perimeter defender EVER. Wasn’t about steals, but his ON BALL PRESSURE was Bruce Bowen 3.0!!!
Speak
“I’m so thankful for my parents for picking struggle, figure it out... but, don’t cheat them out of this, give them a shot.”
Dope ass interview Shump
His take on Kobe’s death was interesting. Never looked at it that way that Kobe died being a dad
This is a great interview
I like the way Iman speaks. He's very intelligent and articulate. He can easily be a TV or radio personality after his NBA career what seems to be right about now!
love this man, he just gave me an itinerary for my trip this weekend..:free wisdom
Appreciate you putting this content out💯💯
15:55 what an excellent point by Iman, he seems like a really good guy
Yesssssssss! I had to make the same choice: buy a house and have less or LIE and get on Sect 8 and have more! Just sold my crib 14 years later and I’m smiling like a MF!!!!!!
After watching this I got a change of heart on alot of things now
I deadass been waiting for this for like a week

51:07 "I don't let my dad son me no more I tell my dad what I'm thinking and he respect it "👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 the respect level and I agree with this
I swear I love this man!!! My first son will be named after Iman because his energy and mindset is absolutely amazing!!! I love you Iman!!!! 🖤🖤🖤 Also, DOPE INTERVIEW!
It was so thoughtful of Shumpert to ask his interviewer "Know what I'm sayin?" after EVERY SINGLE STATEMENT he made throughout the duration of the interview, to ensure he was comprehending all the highly intellectual points he was making...
One of the best vlad interviews
I love when he started talking on a spiritual level
Me too my friend. Love how he got excited
Great interview, great questions. Felt like a timeline.

He only shoot 26% from the left corner😹

LeBron a serious basketball mathematician. I'd round it off to 25%....Not LeBron....He says the WHOLE 26%... which is 1% higher than the rounded off 25........🤔 GENIUS!!

What you just said is SOOOOOO UNDERRATED!!! 😂😂😂😆
Dvg Prez Loved it!!
I'm still broke but he has money
Man it's a trip how much different athletes, movie stars and entertainers are in real life. Iman Shumpert in NBA games plays real hard defense and looks mad all the time. But there's like this whole other side to him that we didn't know about Iman Shumpert. Cool lay back guy, glad he was able to to win NBA finals championship with LeBron James for the City Of Cleveland!
Cleveland Stand Up!
11:30 man that mini story is def true!! | 54:00 is one of the realest things I've ever heard! Iman preaching

"I was breaking out of goo-goo ga-ga type of vibe" 😃 10:00
I’m from oak park and Iman is spot on with everything he said relating to OP
Why in this interview when he was explaining that he was gonna try to get back into the league at the end... He reminds me of a fusion dance between Tupac and Ol Dirty Bastard? 🤔

What did they say about Melo at 52:04
7 hats? Sky bye ? I can't understand what they're saying in that specific moment. Missing the reference.
Iman is the Man!
But is it’s Gudddd’ 😂. This my G
I remember that Knicks team now a little, Hibbert blocking mellow basically. Iman opened my mind to mellow.and Bron lol
Iman is a treasure
It's like Mission and Antelope. Or the valley and the hill
About time
Didn't know Shump was from my city. Dope.
I love Chicago! I would live there if it wasnt so cold.
I used to be so happy when this guy got the ball. Felt bad for Knicks and cavs fans tho lol
Them chicago Beef's hit different
I love all of Iman’s interviews. Bro has amazing stories, & is so great at telling them! I went to go look at his stats and … I’m so shook. I remember when I used to watch him play for the Knicks then the Cavs he was always locking up would normally get him a nice dunk in a game and like 1-2 catch and shoot 3s he would drain. But he never averaged over 10PPG. That shocked me hard. His best scoring season was 9.5 PPG, HIS ROOKIE SEASON!!!! Knicks should have PUT HIM TO WORK!!!!! MELO being the 1 option and Amar’e being the second option Jr being the 3rd… they should have had Iman involved A LOT more than they did. This man had so much talent. I don’t understand tbr he his PPG were going down each season after his rookie year. Crazy af.
Guys a legend🔥
Bruh I go through the thought process all the time. We are gods.
Damn this is surprisingly enjoyable
I wish I could bump into Iman Shumpert on the green line😭.
Just one thing to say - we gotta see Shump on JRE
