  • This excerpt from Jeremiah Adegbola's "Rhythms of Grace" uses agricultural metaphors to illustrate spiritual growth. The core message is that individuals should nurture the potential ("seed") God has given them, whether it be a marriage, career, or faith. This nurturing involves prayer and studying scripture, leading to a significant ("harvest") future outcome. The author uses the example of Daddy G.O.'s success to highlight the importance of tending to one's spiritual seed. The text encourages readers to focus on their potential for future blessings.

Everything God gives man is in seed form, everything.
A wife is in seed form and the head has to build her, as Christ builds his wife, the church. Adam was seed form of mankind. Even the life of God received by the one who believes in the death, resurrection, ascension and enthronement of Jesus is in seed form.
“While the earth continues to exist, planting time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night will not cease.” Genesis 8:22 NET
Attend to the seed of that which God has given you, in your seed is locked your harvest.
Daddy G.O got saved as a married man, with a lecturing job, gave himselfto the seed of God's life in him and today the harvest is in over 150 nations of the world.
Locked in what God has given you is an harvest.
    Attend to your seed.
Water it in the place of prayer, light it up by the revelations of God's word and watch the Lord give increase.
    Attend to your seed.
You've not seen the best of that marriage, job, business, salvation, ministry, admission, advancement.
    Attend to your seed.
