There's nothing bad hoping to get your landed property before or at a particular age. But the believer lives by faith and not hope. Hope is probable, but faith is assured.
Is there a way as Christians we can move from hoping to get the property to being rest assured, beyond all reasonable doubt, of owning the landed property?
Yes, there's a way.
1. GOING TO GOD.
Faith begins always with God and the one who will be most profitable in life as a Christian, must live with the consciousness of initiating all things in his or her life only by that which proceeds from the mouth of God.
Faith is knowing God's commitment to doing a thing.

Father, I want to buy a landed property before or at (x) age?
(The prayer is to find out if God is interested and committed to it)
2. RECEIVING GOD'S RESPONSE.
God hears all the time, so you should expect a response. God is light, therefore responds by light. The revelation of his word. John 1:1-3

Sit down and read your bible.
Note the word that comes alive to you. Which speaks to the situation of property purchase.
The word of God is the life that lights all men.
It also might involve words through external means like people, events, or things.
There's no move of God outside of the word of God.
3. WHAT TO DO WITH THE LIGHT?
Once the Lord has shown His commitment through the "living word," then Joshua 1:8 must be sustained.
(Action)
Have that commitment of God in your mouth day and night.
PRAYING through with it until peace guards the heart.
MEDITATING by speaking (confessing) that which has been said by the Lord.
E.g, Father, I thank you that by Your word, "Every house is built by a man ..." i know i was able to get my landed property before or by (x) age.
4. OBSERVING TO DO
The Spirit of God is the revelator of the things of God, and meditation will cause Him to cause our eyes to see, understand what needs to be done in exactness, so as to make tangible the property.
These He will do through the Eye, Ear, and/or the Heart gates.
He will cause the eye to begin to interact with pictures or motions of the said property or even cause the ears to begin to interact with information and insight as regarding property purchase.
Above all is that things will begin to pass through the heart. Suggestions of actions to be taken.
God will be working but to stir up hunger for that reality and giving an image of actions to take.
5. WILLING OBEDIENCE.
It is only by being willing to obey that we are able to eat the best of the land. Being of quick, prompt response to the will of God over and in all things.
In the first miracle of Jesus, the key to the supernatural manifestation was shown.
Joh 2:5 NET
His mother told the servants, “Whatever he tells you, do it.”
6. BE IN THANKSGIVING.
Hold high your praise and thanksgiving until the victory of God is possessed.
God told the Isrealites, no nation would be able to prevail against them, and while they battled as long as the hands of Moses was up, they remained in the Lord's victory.
As long as the posture of worship is maintained, victory was delivered.
(Action)
Thank the Lord for possession of the landed property daily, without consideration of any external factor whatsoever.
Regardless of the people, economy, or nation saying there's a casting down. It is by worship and praise that we say there's a lifting up
...
Remember, the desire of God isn't for us to solely experience miracles but to live miraculously, perpetually living the supernatural naturally.
Faith is the way to living the miraculous. With faith nothing is impossible because with God, nothing is impossible.
Now, we see why faith must always be with patience. There's a need for a working out. A maturing that happens to us as we stay in faith.
This is why we must begin early to set the coordinates of our lives by faith.
Start early.
