Apple Strudel | Apfelstrudel the easy way! / Puff pastry Recipes

It may seem hard task to make a strudel but I like to make it the easy way and I always enjoy the final look and taste of it, why don't you give it a try and see by yourself!
Ingredients
375g puff pastry
2 golden delicious apples
2 tbsp brown sugar
Dry raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water
walnuts
1 egg mixed with milk ( to egg wash the pastry)
tbsp apricot jam
Almond flakes
