    Dennys used to have an awesome breakfast for $4.99 and I’d sub my pancakes with fresh fruit. I usually had a $1 coupon and when I didn’t I used my AARP discount that saved me 15% which covered the tip. Sometimes that would be my meal for the whole day. It saved me since I was too brain dead to even fry an egg without burning it(nervous breakdown).

    Hello From Qweensland Australia. I live on an boat and i have recently orderd an 100w mini 12v rice cooker from Ebay and an 12v coffee cup from wish. I like the idear of the stanlley pot as l like stainless steel you should try using the pot more so for cooking in as it is not toxic and easy to clean. I will let you know how i progress thih the system i am putting in my pocket sailing boat.
    Gerard.

    Love your channel!!! Using Stanley in a Dash with a power bank is awesome!!! I do not believe I've ever seen a carabiner mug. That is cool.

    If you buy a small round or square pizza stone and place it in the bottom of the rice cooker, you can make bread and pizza, cookies, etc.

      True. Another Dash appliance cook showed that people can make a little round pizza in the bottom of her rice cooker with the lid on. She made a tiny pepperoni and cheese pizza, with a marinara sauce using canned biscuit dough, and was very pleased with her results.

    I have no idea where you live or where you are right now or then I should say but it is so beautiful! Here in Southern California you just don't see places like that unless you're at a golf course! 💜

    How long did the battery last for while using it for the rice cooker

      A 200 watt appliance will run for 1 hour on a 200 watt battery. So, if the appliance ran for 30 minutes, there would still be 100 watts left in the battery. If it ran for 15 minutes, there would be 150 watts left in the battery.

    I Have a suggestion, on Amazon you can order a portable travel small electric kettle. It heats water in minutes.. thank you for your demo.

      The point of the video is to illustrate that if the only appliance you have is a dash mini rice cooker, you can boil water.

    Does the Dash mini rice cooker not come with an inner pot of it's own? Is there some reason you don't use that instead of the Stanley pot?

    • @CounterCooking
      @CounterCooking  18 днів тому

      it does come with an inner pot of its own. Sometimes I use it and sometimes I prefer a different pot. It just depends on what I’m cooking and where I’m cooking.

    Why not just boil the water in the rice cooker? Why is the extra pot necessary? 🤔

    • @CounterCooking
      @CounterCooking  3 роки тому +7

      You can boil the water just in the rice cooker but I’ve found that it’s much easier to pour it out when I use a small pot with a handle.

      @@CounterCooking That makes sense. Thanks! 😊 EDIT: PS- I just found that Stanley pot at Walmart...comes with 2x 10oz cups...perfect for 8oz coffee with cream/milk and sugar. 😉

      Yeah. Those little Stanley pots are great. Sporting goods stores usually have them in their camping sections. I have a few different sizes.
