Downtown Seoul South Korea (shopping)

hello i was on a half day layover in Seoul so the airport had free tours for people at the airport to take between flights. one of them was to shopping down town. it was not business because ouse Seoul was starting to have large blooms of covid19 spreading. they wanted use all to wear a mask but at this time covid19 was new so not a lot of people. the tour guide said that we have more people but most people stayed home because of the out break. but i had some good food and got some good deals on shopping.
