  • Pork hocks are lightly fried and braised until very tender. It is cooked in a delicious combination of soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin’s sauce, and pineapple juice which results in a satisfying dish of sweet, salty and savory.
    Pork Pata Humba ingredients:
    5 pcs cut pork hocks
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 whole garlic
    1 inch ginger
    4 pcs bay leaf
    3 pcs star anise
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp oyster’s sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp salted black beans
    100 g dried banana blossoms
    1 tsp ground black pepper
