    I love this video! Thank you very much, Sean. I used mindfulness and medicine to help with severe pain I had with my eyes. My eye dr told my me that the condition that I had is not curable & I'll continue to be on medication for my entire life. I didn't accept that...I did seek a second & a third opinion. I got the same result. I kept practicing mindfulness & I found ways to decrease stress (exercising, eating healthier, & resting (even for 5-10min a day)). I am grateful that after a couple of years, my eyes healed, and I am no longer taking the medication! ❤🙏
