i see that floorplan comes from different manufacturers. The Jay Flight version doesn't have the window at the end of the counter but has pop up usb there and by the door. The slide out has theater seating but a cubby of sorts to the right as you look at it from the kitchen. Another brand has the slideout holding the fridge as well. Regardless one of my fav floorplans. How would a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland tow this?
Hey RedDawn, my gut tells me you should be ok with that vehicle, as it can tow up to 7,200 lbs. But you'd want to check the specific vehicle to see what the tow capacity is for it. I'd say as long as you can pull 6,500# you should be ok.

This rv would be perfect if Grand Design put a dinette where the Murphy bed is instead of another sofa.
Yes a dinette would be nice, but then you have no bed as I don’t think a murphy would work there with a dinette.
@RVJoe44 Outdoors RV has that floorplan with a dinette where the murphy bed is...love it!

We just looked at that model today. However, now that I'm looking at it from this point of view... question... does that bed interfere with the recliners being reclined?
Hi Melanie, yes, with the bed out you can only recline the one recliner. Any other questions/comments please reach out.
One thing I would like to see is, the slide brought in to see how it looks, how much room there is in the walkway, and how much of the couch/Murphy bed is inaccessible. Haven't seen any coverage of this anywhere. Just for those times when you don't or can't extend the slide out.

I saw similar floorplan on Jayco. witht he slide in you can still have the murohy bed down and walk past it to the kitchen and bath. definately roadable.
Almost perfect rv. Needs a curt off road suspension. Won't buy an RV without one.
Thanks for the comment… we just took in a late model trade with the Curt off road suspension. It is a nice upgrade.

Yes, I realize that RV's went up towards the end of Covid and post Covid, but prices seem top be trending downward now. It wasn't just this unit, but all campers saw serious increases... due to supply/demand as well as cost of materials and labor.
@@RVJoe44 I know that is part of it but let's face it is GREED pure and simple. More than 50% on high end products is greed.
Those are nice but with one flaw… can’t use the bed with the slide in. 👎🏻
True, but it’s a small slide, in most cases (Cracker Barrel, Walmart, etc) just pop out the slide…
I love everything about this trailer except for the couch in front of the Murphy bed, the style is very ugly. Looks like a seat in a truck.
Hi Connie, thanks for the comment. Yes, they are so limited with space and weight… but it’s actually pretty comfortable for what it is.
