- This is a great project for the skater in the family, only costs about $80 for material and about 45 minutes to fabricate !
Super cool project! Special thanks to Kahlil and the Aguilar family for the awesome skating footage!
That was an awesome vid, dude!!!!!
Wish we had good video lessons like this back in the 90's. My metal tech class in HS could have been a lot more productive for me!!!
Thanks
Timochi Funkman !
That kid is good!!!!
Yeah he's really talented,
He picked up welding super fast also!
Young man has talent!
Yeah he's super talented !
skating ,snowboarding ,motorcycle riding the kid does it all !
now he's adding welding and fabricating to the mix.
🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼 nice 😊 !!!
Thanks
@pamelaboero!
So you don't use a generator welder? Running the rebel off a stand alone generator? What size and brand?
I have a Miller Generator Welder but run my Esab off a Champion 7000 w generator when im fabricating at home just to keep the hours down on my Bobcat ,
I think I paid $500 for it 4 or 5 years ago and its been really reliable actually
I thought I saw blue awhile back just wasn't sure. Myself I have a ranger gxt. My issue is with spoolguns. No output contactor in the 250 AMP gennys either red or blue so no direct connect for SG. The Hobart mig welders are great- their chiny spoolguns are unreliable as hell. I was given an older spoolmatic 30a but needed the 2k$ adapter and that shit ain't happening. Tired of dragging a mig around just to weld aluminum when I have a suitcase for steel. I really wish someone would make an alternative Gen to blue or red (hint hint Yellow) if they would I'd buy it in a second esp if they'd make a spoolgun that was direct plug and play like millers. It's the 9k for a gas Trailblazer that's tuff to swallow. Your video on the flatbed it looked like the tweco spoolgun was dialed in...much nicer than the Hobart stuff I use. Keep up the good videos.
Thanks Scott Herr!
yeah red and blue both are way out of my price range fro their spool gun attachments , the Esab runs a tweeco and it is built tough , ive had a Hobart spoolun setup and it eventually broke and was unrepairable, thats why I run the Esab for mig /tig and spool gun and the whole setup was around 2k.
Is your welder dual voltage? I got get chop saw what was yours? I trying to learn our new diag software and doing videos. I get little fimaler with software and able do little more video things I will do as much I can diag videos like u want to see. I promise. Some of my clients I don't get time to do a video. And right now ones I do get at moment I don't know how to put all in video yet. I do everything with my phone not on my computer. I have nothing hold my phone up etc. But please be patient I will make videos I want to see.
yeah its a dual voltage inverter welder ,Ive actually ran some nice beads off a 110 v 20 amp circuit !,its a super capable machine!
@@happybleeding I seen Baker gas talking about spool gun for them. Not sure if 205 or 215.
