Hey Ben, Thanks for your installation video, it is fabulous!! I was a little undecided on which power steps I wanted for my JL, but with your help I know which ones I am buying. I like the idea of four motors also. Thanks again!!
I'll stick to my Rock Slide Engineering power steps for my JL. While it's true for both stealth power and rock slide can work on as rock rails when your playing in the rocks...Rock Slides skid plates add on is a wise idea.
@@timpsencik to answer your question I added the extra armor(skid plates) after I put a huge dent in the driver side step. I got the dent out and with the skid plates now installed they are worthy rock rails.
I am doing research for theses and I was wondering what is the distance from the top of the running board to the bottom of the open door and the distance from the ground to the top of the running board and your added height?
Such a mall crawler. I don’t see why you don’t just use all the money laying around to build your Jeep in one week like everyone else with a Jeep and take it straight to Moab and climb mountains. Ignorant comments. Shit takes time even if that’s what your intentions were. That’s why they can’t afford it so they can suck it. Lol jeeps lookin good man! Can’t wait to see the wheels on! Now just need to start adding on to mine 😰💰💰💰
@@benanton2619 I was looking at a product called Eastwood frame saver looks like a good product. I just bought a 2019 wrangler Rubicon last week and want to do something with frame to keep it from rusting
I’m going to try and stay relatively close so I don’t have to ship since the cost of shipping the wheels and tires would be a lot. Unless you are willing to pay shipping as well
@@clos1764 Tired of whinny bitches getting offended over UA-cam comments. I don't care what he does with his Jeep. But if he doesn't Rock crawl or Mud crawl then its a Mall crawler. Those tuck up running boards made sure of that cause they will bend and not work if they get hit on some rocks. You need to turn down the feelings and not get all shark week over internet comments. specially over a vehicle that's like you said not yours. People comment because we like to laugh at people that spends tons of money making something off road capable but never leave the pavement. specially Jeeps. The "Bro Truck" or "Mall Crawler" as you will. All show and no go. everything about the Rubicon is set up to off road. Because of that it is not the best on road. Not even the best Jeep on road. better off with a Sahara. as the Diffs and transfer case are more set up for that. The Rubicon is not so much. Then you toss a lift and tires on it making it even worse on road. not to mention lowering its performance capabilities. Haters are nothing but jealous people who has no money to fix up there car! I rather drive a mall crawler w/ AC then a rust bucket and only put $5 gas every month lol
This is the only video i can find on YT about this JLU product. It's a shame you didn't do a more detailed install video, especially about the wiring. RBP doesn't have a JLU install video on YT or their website. Got to give you a thumbs down on the abrupt video edit.
There wasn’t anything to go into detail about in the wiring. If you can match the labels “driver front” to the driver front mount that is literally all their is to it
Hey Ben,
Thanks for your installation video, it is fabulous!! I was a little undecided on which power steps I wanted for my JL, but with your help I know which ones I am buying. I like the idea of four motors also. Thanks again!!
Your rig is coming together nicely, Ben. That Mojito is growing on me.
Love the videos man can’t wait to see the new wheels and tires on the Jeep.
Thanks! Can’t wait either!
We need to see the wheels!! The steps are nice. A friend of mine at work has a set. They are built very well.
Great overview of the product and installation. I have a few detailed questions about a custom installation that I will PM you. Thanks Mike
Norm, you're doing great. Keep on keeping on and be safe on your trip to Florida.
Thanks! Much appreciated! And will do!
Are they going to hold up the same as the rock rails though?
looks great, but wondering how its going to do in the winter with all the icy build up -- also thx for the discount code for the sunshades
I will keep everyone posted on how they do next winter!
Those are pretty slick! Another great video!
Thanks!
Great video! I just ordered mine. Question do you think the kill switch can be wired directly to the new JL AUX switches to keep the oem look?
Would these be strong enough to use as a rock rail?
Thank you for this video. My wife now say I can purchase a Jeep !! ( I have to install the power board)
All very well and nice
But JL 2 doors seem to be left out 🤔
Mall Rated
Absolutely!
Nothing wrong with that! Just don’t leave it stock! Build it up!!
I would buy this for my O|||||O . I have 2.5 inches up on my Moab and it’s so hard for medium size friends to get in the car. Thanks for the review.

i am curious how well they hold up to taking a beating from rocks.

Keep the videos coming. 🤙🏿💚

Finally someone understands!
Enjoying your videos. Do the running boards flex at all when you step on them? How much do you weigh?
How are they holding up
2 yrs later how these holding up still?
I keep going back and forth with the Bestop 75152-15 with 75130-15 (2 inch) extensions???
what do you think on the drop comparisons?
Hey just wondering if you did anything to protect your frame from rust because it looks pretty clean
Nope, just wash it constantly in the winter. I need to get some under carriage protection, any suggestions?

Thanks I’ll look into it!
Good luck with the new Jeep!
i want these for my new gladiator but cant find them
awesome vids Dude! do you have wheel spacers, or it just looks like that from the new fenders?
Nope no spacers! Fenders help the look a lot!
How well have the held up as rock sliders?
$? & where can I get them for my 10’ F250 ? Can get information on tour link …
Would that work on a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Jk?
We’re did your fenders come from did you made them
How bright are the LEDs?
Were can I buy one for me
Does it fit on a 16 Tacoma? I live in Alaska with my grandma, I am looking for a running board that can go as low as possible.
love em
Great video! Its all coming together, Are you selling your wheels and tires when you get your new ones?
Yea I will, I don’t have space for my stock wheels
Cool! Would you ship? And how much? I would be more than happy to take it off your hand 👌🏻

What is the model that comes with four motors?
How are these holding up for you?
They are super nice but kinda expensive for me at the moment.
Where can I buy them please put the link 🙏🏼
Rollingbigpower.com, but I will have to share link in the description later!
Thanks men 👌🏼
Mall crawler Jeep I’m off of this channel. Should’ve got a sport if you’re going to make a mall crawler.
Really nice running boards! What does ur tattoo say on your forearm? super dope upload jeep is coming along nicely
Bummed that rbp does not offer these for 3rd gen trucks. Gotta be a huge market loss
Hi
👋🏼
Is this company still in business
Those things and no winch, says it all.
Looks like everyone at this shop likes green huh. Lol
So.......it’s a mall crawler
Yessir!
Another "mall crawler" comment? It's his Jeep, his money. Do what you want bro. Tired of all these ignorant trolls, smh.
Would love to see it get dirty at least once
It will.. in time
