Osu! Kyokushin snap kick is a mix of the power kick with the snap at the end. You’re still driving your hip in, but with a snap.

I was told by a friend the snap does increase power but never tried it myself, I just do whatever form I have to cuz I trust my training and working out and lifting that I'll hit hard enough and make it pretty enough

I like the snap to the liver as a counter to the right hands

I learned when doing the pushing front kick to use my heel of foot and snap kick use the ball. i like always using the ball tbh, but thinking about the heel still has value i think, so i emphasis that door kick motion. similar to the round house, that step to the side and full rotation with rear leg or even a half hearted switch versus a more lean back full pivot with front leg or just a nicely chambered snap from the rear. even more so with the side kick a snapping side kick or a stop side kick were u really emphasis flexing the lateral edge of your foot for some reason lmao we called it stop kick cause hopefully it stopped them lmao. spinning stop kicks look knarley, can you do one for the class lmao. i like the thru line, most point sparring techniques emphasis not telegraphing and the shortest distance to hit your opponent to maximize speed.
