I agree, people are already saying it's woke, just because there is a female lead, I don't care, it's a Ghost game and the first one was awesome, im expecting nothing less.

@@opromlie2272 well a lot of the complaints for AC were hid behind “historical accuracy” which the argument didn’t hold up and was debunked countless times and there was a bit of complaints for GTA 6 when it first got leaked years ago that there was a potential female cast but end up being just a female protagonist with a male protagonist as well. All in all I could care less if the game bangs it bangs no matter the gender race or whatever of the lead.

Yeah man, a day later and all the haters are speaking out. It’s ironic because people like that make the situation worse as well. I didn’t see people calling Stellar Blade Woke… I wonder what the criteria is when all the info to go by is what you see in a short trailer 🧐… I swear these people don’t possess a single ounce of logical reasoning.
People just want something to be mad about which is the cliche thing to say but it’s like the only explanation cause there’s literally nothing to be mad at 💀💀
Now what if Sucker Punch really only made a female protagonist to directly combat Ubisoft and their take on a female lead samurai game in Japan or vice versa cause theres no way they developed these games around the same time without knowledge of the other. Like someone is trying to show the other up🤣🤣🤣
I'd rather place my bet on Sucker Punch to create an actual likable and well written female protagonist over any other game devs. If they didn't align themselves with SBI or any other politicians and this turns out to be a success, then that's a W. I don't care about the gender, just give me a well written character.
Sucker punch have good reputation and are very competent. They also know how to create strong female characters. As much as im not into modern wokeness and girl boss female leads, i have hope they'll still deliver the game well. Looking forward to it. Ghost 1 is one of my favourite games.
I was never bothered whether it's a male or female lead character. It's a new character and sequel to the first game and can't wait for it. Screw the woke people.

They just want something to be mad about and they are scared of seeing new stories i feel like there wouldve been a bit of backlash regardless because Jin is not in this one. And yeah as soon as they drop the pre order my wallet better be ready
