INGREDIENTS :
1/4 cup warm water ( 115'F )
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tsp white sugar
4 cups bread flour ( add bit more flour if the dough is too wet )
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pc. beaten large egg
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup warm milk ( 115' F )
breadcrumbs for coating.
