The rich are the globalist elite cabal that we have been fighting. Many in the general public are ignorant to the globalist agenda 2030 to depopulate most of the humans from the surface of the earth and keep (mainly chinese) a small proportion as their slaves. We have been in a war for some time and it is coming to an end. People are going to be shocked when the EBS kicks in. Anyway, on the subject of homeless people, that was the thought I had for this design. Just enough room to make a person comfortable who has been residing in tents. Most people have too much to be able to easily downsize into this but people who have lived in tents don't have a lot of knick-knacks and are used to holding onto little in the way of pantry items etc so they would easily feel right in such an environment.

Such a cute little house! It’s almost perfect. I would change three things: 1. Make the house 4x4. 2. Don’t put the microwave on top of the fridge. That could be dangerous for a shorter person, or one with a disability. Perhaps use a shorter fridge? And 3. Add a covered porch where the back door is. Have one end of the porch enclosed and big enough to hold a stackable washer and dryer. Every house, no matter how small, needs at least a washer and dryer, or a washer and an outside clothes line.

I would also not have the closet in the living room and the bed and take the bed and slid it up where the closet is and add a small window and add maybe my own Cunard for clothing and something for food and not have the bar stools and not have my tv on the wall some people like me can’t look up

The washer could replace the under-sink area in the bathroom. If I’m being honest, cut the kitchen sink, only have the bathroom one, or the other way around. No need for two in such a small space. The extra counter space could be used for an office desk, more storage, or the microwave. I too dislike the microwave on the fridge. It’s too high and dangerous to lift hot stuff over the head.
As for the bed, I’d raise the bed, upsize it, and have it lift up to reveal the closet underneath. Designs for a walk-in under a queen bed exist for a bed just 3-4 feet up (~1m). This would improve comfort. My bedroom is about the size of this house and I think it could be pulled off with a full or a queen, rather than a twin bed. Or, just loft the bed properly, turn underneath into a proper walk-in closet, add a loft over the rest of the house for storage/an office, the ladder could up to both.

The difficulty is finding land to put a tiny home on. Plus it would give renters a good breathing space to save for a more permanent home.

I'm guessing it's there as a fire escape door. If anything flared up in the kitchen area, the window is too small to get out through, so it's probably a good idea.

I love looking at tiny home and RV design, but I have NEVER had such a claustrophobic response as I did at 1:01! Is it the lack of visible windows? Being confronted by two, rather ominous-looking closed doors? The contrived animation rather than just live video? I have no idea, but this is the least charming design I have ever seen and, upon forcing myself to watch the rest, the least functional! Absolutely nothing here invites the viewer in or inspires her imagination with possibilities.

    こうゆうお家に住んでみたい。
    家賃安いかな?43000円くらいがいいな✨でも洗濯機は?ないからそこの洗面台で手洗いして干場をつくりやるしかないわね。ま、一人暮らしなら大丈夫よ。

If push came to shove..... to survive, it would be a God send. Veats living out of a car or the street tent.

Good solution. Only one thing... Why 2 doors? If you take off the second door you can have more space for other things...

It's very nice, but I think I'd put the bed at the back parallel to the bathroom, and position it higher up like a sort of a bunk bed, with a little office underneath it. Then the kitchen diner could go at the front door.

Unfortunately, it is very hard to get insurance on a tiny home in the U.S. Do your research on financing it as well.

Всё хорошо, только зачем две двери? Можно санузел было разиестить у дальней стенки помещения, ещё бы и шкаф поместился. Кухня, как есть - слева, а кровать справа вдоль стенки.

The entrance door should open outward in those tiny houses. By making it open inward you steal a lot of space from potential owners
