I noticed that when you put Reverb on an arpeggio, it feels like an atmospheric pad in the background. Good tutorial

I think the key emphasis here is the type of music the producers like to listen to. It has everything to do with the influence of any project they or you completes. Your music will sound like the music most familiar to you. As a seasoned producer of Deep House it was the one thing I implied to anyone learning under me.
Aside from that I’m amazed at the world of EDM now, we did t have UA-cam or software synths, it was just you in the studio with your ideas. Would’ve been nice to be able to review stuff like this back in 1999, would’ve been so much faster as a process. Awesome thing you’re doing here, I’m amazed !

Appreciate the comment RJL73. 👍🏻 The internet came at a pivotal moment in music and computing development. If the net was just a little further earlier we would have captured the early 2000's on UA-cam :)

Amazing man! This is the part I struggle most in producing. Would you have any tips to create Athmos for uplifting trance? like 138-140 BPM. Or is it the same principle?

    • @demishellen

@@demishellen you can actually create your own stuff in omnisphere. It’s far more than a sampler. It’s one of my main soft synths. I guess the unique thing about it’s that you can layer sampled audio over synth layers which is very neat. And the built in ARP is second to none.
