  • This walk from Kinlochleven takes in the four eastern Munros in The Mamores. Sgurr Eilde Mor, Bennein Beag, Bennein Mor and
Na Gruagaichean. It was a mixed weather day with light winds and frequent heavy showers which were a bit annoying.

Hi Andy, The Mamore grouping at the east end is superb for a good days walking. Great views jammed in between Glencoe and Glen Nevis 👍

Missed this one somehow Charlie! These have been some of my favourite hills so far in this Munro journey. I have been lucky to get amazing weather on every one of them so good to see a more atmospheric version. A more interesting route up Binnien Mor than I took. That ridge to the summit is pretty spectacular! Great watch with my breakfast! Paul

Hi Paul, I agree, the Mamores are always a joy with the connecting ridges and multiply Munros in a small area. The views from every top is superb with them jammed in between Glen Nevis & Glencoe. Just magic... Cheers, Charlie

Charlie, Mike, I've watched every one of your Skye and mainland videos. I just want to say what a pleasure it has been to re-live days spent in both places. My brother-in- law Michael and I roared through the Corries and Mamores in a frenzy of bagging so it was good to see them more slowly. And I actually went back to a couple of the ones you did this day. Keep them coming. And many, many thanks.

Fantastic as always C & M. A right mixed weather day for you. I particularly love that end of the mamores Charlie, I think some of the views with the lochans are outstanding. The shots you got with Mike heading up the shoulder towards Binnien Mor were class👍
Your right it is a steep pull up thru the wooded section, but the views you get back down towards loch leven are exceptional.
Look forward to the next one Charlie.

Frank, This is a great area and is always a joy getting the the east end but the whole range is a super ridge walk. Binnien Mor would need a bit of care in full winter I suspect especially if all iced up. Cheers, Charlie

What an epic! A great day with very mixed weather but at least you got great views at the top. The clarity of the filming and the steadiness with which you film it is great, but the best thing is your undying enthusiasm for the Munros even though you've obviously been up them a lot! I was in Glencoe today doing Bidean - very fortunate with the weather and an unforgettable experience. Must get myself an orange jacket, though. Best wishes, Murdo

Hi Alan, Really glad you enjoy our video uploads and get some useful information of the areas we visit. I tend to stay away from turning the uploads into a guide as I prefer the viewer uses the upload for reference but gather their appropriate distance and timings from web pages like walkhighlands. I would certainly hate to encourage individuals to take on your walks that stretched their capabilities and put them at harm. Cheers
