Thank you FEATR cast specially to Mr. Erwan and the BRONCO for showcasing majestic, guide to ABRA and ILOCOS. Mabuhay Kayo guys! Love here from Kuwait!
Tupig is really an all-time fave when in Ilocos. Brought some home to Switzerland and put them in a freezer. I learned to do this from my old aunties who did this when they would go back to the US. Every time I feel like traveling back to Ilocos, I re-steam it and enjoy it with piping hot coffee.
Incredible VIEWS indeed! Above all good people and good food! That's "THAT'S THE BEAUTY OF THE 🇵🇭❣️🙌" Thank you, Erwan and team, for Always ELEVATING OUR ISLAND! GOD BLESS🫶 MABUHAY🎉
I’m in awe how Erwan can always articulate each culinary experience he encounters 😊, I just love how he used refinement on the preservation techniques which the people does not indeed see or recognize because for them it’s just their way of life…
As a Vigan local, I can vouch they covered some of the OG spots in Vigan. Much better than the touristy food spots. Kulang lang sinanglawan. I love the little shout-out to Cabugao. Sayang Hindi natuloy. They could've gone to Badoc Island. Would've been a swell time. I dig the little BTS with the crew as well. More power FEATR! Cheers!!
Abra is the only northern province i havent visited in my quest for the 82...will be there someday...oh tupig brings back lots of happy memories when i travel to baguio for college. that serves as my breakfast during trips. and the empanada is to die for! made it once and i super loved it. thanks erwan and featr! a real fan here! one thing, i super love when erwan is so gracious in his appreciation how beautiful the country is. indeed what we have here is a paradise!
I've been watching your vlogs po recently and nakakataba ng puso na may mga nakakapagappreciate ng beauty ng cordillera..bilang taga Benguet at parents q fr Mt. Province nakakaamaze makapanood ng mga ganitong vlogs samahan pa ng magandang story plot at editing.. kasi kahit aq masgusto q natatanaw mga kabundokan dto samin kesa karagatan. its just there is something in the mountains na dq maexplain.. thank you po for featuring the beauty of Cordillera, kudos and God bless
Thank you for featuring our beloved province Abra and the Ilocos provinces. I grew up in this province but left when I entered college in the state university and miss it very much. The food - pinakbet iluko, pancit miki, masa podrida, dinaldalem, sinanglaw, bibingka, patupat, sinuman, etc. Agyaman kami unay Apo Erwan.
I am sure you enjoy your explorations to the different regions of the Phil. where most of us Pilipinos haven’t even seen. I love watching you discover and taste the specialties of each region. This is so much better than doing your show in your studios. I am from Batac, Ilocos Norte and I am proud of our empanada and miki. I miss it so much but I don’t like the long trip from the USA. God bless. I hope you’ll keep doing this. Mabuhay.
Bronco, way back in the day (late 70's) the company assigned my Dad that vehicle in Mindanao. Built for the terrain but boy was it a gas guzzler. It had a 95 litre capacity tank but it did only 1.8 KPL. Gas was way cheaper then but it gulped gas!!! I hope this new version is a big improvement on that. Still have good memories of the wonderful ride on rough roads, solid feel of the vehicle driving it, and feeling safe riding it.
Hello Erwan, i really love this episode of your out of town trip in the Northern Luzon. The tineg, kaparkan falls, etc., in Abra and all mountainous and rolling climb that you showed us thru your FORD Bronco, marvelous, great drone shots taken by your team. Bravo... 🤠
Wonderful, wonderful video by FEATR! Enjoyed it to the end! The Ford Bronco is really awesome! Thank you so much, Erwan, and your able, very talented team!
I have been to Abra countless times and went as far as Daguioman, which also has beautiful scenery, culture, and falls. But Kaparkan is still on my bucket list. Anyway, we also have beautiful falls in Ilocos Sur, such as the Pinsal, Aw-Asen, and Vagina Falls.
i waatched it 'till the end kasi I went there (kaparkan falls) the next day. and nasabi ng tour guide an you visited the place. ahah skl. Kaya inabangan ko talaga 'to
that was awesome. been there twice in kaparkan, rode military trucks to get there. too bad you didnt get to see the motherfalls where it connects to river downstream
Whenever I stop in currimao for tupig, I also stop for the sinanglao! There is this nostalgic restaurant/carinderia we would always go to that is near irene's tupig, I just forgot the name😞 I swear the food there is so good and just represents ilocano food so well.
You begin to remind me of similarities with the DIRT videos by Huckberry with Josh Rosen. Not a critique...maybe an inspiration. Keep up the great work, FEATR! Hello Chef Martin!
Erratum: at 5:06 Paoay is in Ilocos Norte :)
@@featrmedia safe drive sir🙏🙏🙏

Thanks for coming to Abra, I still remember the day you asked on IG where to go! I said Abra and it was a time where we got hit by a big earthquake 🤟
Not just about food…you can feel the local spirit in your vlog… beautiful cinematography!

Another great video! I’m 63 years old. I’ve driven all over the world. But not so much in the Philippines. Abra is my next destination!

Those small interractions with the crew is also good, not forced and very natural. Quite different from the usual videos but a very welcomed change!
This is the best way to feature a 4WD! By taking it to the dunes of Ilocos! Great idea! Glad to see you enjoy the ride like a child!
