Hey I am 47 and IF and 2 full fast days, or 1 OMAD and one fast (black coffee, tea no diet drinks). Should I eat more doing f45? Am I not eating enough? On my eat days i eat A lot. Low carb but plenty protein and good fats
It depends on your goals to be honest! I would be aiming for a protein target each day related to your body weight (2g protein per kg) and limit caffeine 🙏
So helpful. I started f45 last week and the thought of a challenge scares me but I think I'll do my own challenge with the eating plan 💪
