Thank you for joining our family adventures :)
I think you're great and although it may not be politically correct to say so, it's lovely to see a couple with a child. Thanks for making lovely videos and a 70-year-old very happy.
Thank you for your kind comment!
It'll be a sad day if that becomes politically incorrect.
a beautiful film. I have managed 45 days in Scotland this year but the moment I leave the yearning to return begins.
I can relate to this..
You have such a beautiful family. What a fantastic life you are giving your little one, she will grow up so healthy and strong and have a life full of her own adventures because of the example you are setting her. Amazing. 😊
Aife is doing so well at learning to climb the rocks! Growing up so fast! 👏🥹
Great vlog, we love Wester Ross, it’s a stunning area.
We also love how you let Aife ‘be’ a child, try to climb, explore the sand, play with leaves in the forest, be with her best friend Oslo, she is having a fabulous childhood.
Wester Ross is such a lovely area, and we spent several holidays at Gairloch many many years ago. Isn't Aife an amazing little climber? Another hugely enjoyable video!
Thanks so much Sue, Gairloch is a lovely place with a fantastic bookstore!!
Another beautiful video showcasing my favourite place in Scotland (if not the world)…
Good morning Athena, Harvey, Aife, & Oslo! The seasons are changing, the wind whips through the dry tall grass, the powerful madness in the river. I love how you naturally leave me feeling of tranquility while sharing this beautiful scenery in Scotland. Aife enjoyed the corn on the cob. Climbing up the rocks like a natural explorer. hehe love her smile! Have a really good week you"4".
Lovely video, makes us want to go back to Scotland!! 😊
Your videos are such a dose of calm and beauty every time. And now endless smiles too getting watch Aífe explore the world :)
This area looks absolutely stunning! So enjoyed this video and seeing your lovely family out and about! Walking in Scotland is magical!
Love Gairloch and the big sands campsite on the beach with views to Skye
Aww my favourite video so far. 😭 So so beautiful
Brilliant video. Stunning shots. Loved the sweet corn one. Autumn is so so beautiful. Thank you great way to start the day. X
Brilliant and thanks for sharing such spectacular scenery.
Ohh such a lush area of Scotland! 😍 Scotland is definitely still on my bucket list!
Stunning again. Loved Aife's first climbing lesson. Some fabulous shots.
Lovely video and seeing Aife exploring through her eyes is special. I loved what you said about how the landscape will look when Aife is older.
Thank you for another stunning video 😊💜
Stunning. And distant views of Liathach behind Torridon. What great adventures you have...keep it up!
Oh dear Scotland, such a beautiful nature, gosh I want go there soon. Thanks for showing this to us, stunning video.
Come see us, we’ll make you welcome. 🏴🥃
Really love Aoífe starting to climb with support and protection from her Dad.
Thank you as always for a beautiful video. I’m missing Scottish scenery, so this video helps 😊x
I love how beautiful wild, and rugged this part of Scotland is and your videography, music choice and editing only add to it - beautifully done! ❤️
There were some really special moments in this. Thank you for sharing, Athena
Like Harvey said “just Wow” thank you for sharing. 💚
Loving watching the little one climb - reminds me of my boys when they were little. My granddaughter is the same. All 3 love being outdoors and my granddaughter although only 6 years old can out walk many adults. Great habits to start!
We fully agree, so nice to hear your Granddaughter is loving it too..
Yet another beautiful video. Thanks 🤗
Beautiful environment, love aife climbing routine and the accompanying background music. Thank You.
Another beautiful video, the Autumn scenery is stunning, it was so nice to see the deer in their own environment, what’s so nice to see is Aife embracing nature so happily, I think you have a potential Rock Climber in the making, not forgetting Oslo enjoying every minute of his walks.Thank you for sharing your truly amazing trip.💐🍁🌿❤️❤️
stunning scenery, great music as always :)
Your films are always so relaxing and watchable. Thank you so much for sharing. You are great parents by the way ❤
I can say this was stunning, beautiful, vast and gorgeous because it is. I love the way you do your thing, the way you make it yours. But what I want to get across is how much I’ve realised they make me smile, I’m sat here watching and smiling away at so many aspects.
And after the opening with the stag I just knew it was Torridon car park, I got amazing photos of him too. Totally un phased.
Thanks so much for your kind words, it means a lot to us that people like yourself get so much nourishment from them.
It's so wonderful to see what a great time you had in Scotland. No wonder Aife can now climb everything in sight! My beautiful family I love you lots and lots xxx
Thanks Grandma!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful family and trips away Athena. I’ll
Probably never be able to roam and look at the lichen and rocks snd scenery myself again but vacariously through yourselves is wonderful. Thanks 😊
We're so glad to be able to take you along..
Thank you. I just need shrinking so I could get in a ruck sack 😀
Lovely as always💛 what a beautiful start to life you’re giving Aife x
Happy Birthday, Harvey! And many many ... more! Another very nice episode - thank you, Athena, Harvey, Aife & Oslo!

So beautiful! I really need to go to Scotland. Aife seems to become the next Hazel Findlay 😉
Pure love pure beauty ❤
Another beautiful video, thanks for the inspiration
Thank you for bringing us with you to share the breathtaking landscape of Scotland. Beautiful videography and music. Smiled at the part where Harvey taught Aife how to climb. Looking forward to more videos.
I smiled too...
Gorgeous vlog...love Scotland... looks like climbing will come naturally to Aife xx
Your vlogs are fantastic. They just make you want to get out there and do something 😊
What an adventure - good video
Beautiful video and family!
Hi guys. Wonderful family video. I see the same protective look on Harvey as I had watching over my girls. Including Aife on your travels is absolutely what it's all about & any different opinions are just that, opinions. That area is truly an amazing part of Scotland, so wild. Amazing shot of the stag in the car park at 02:05. One of my favourite video's of yours x
thanks as always Michael, and yes opinions are just opinions we won't be letting them worry us.
Really enjoyed this guys 👌 🥰🥰
Love your videos. Always makes me want to put the laptop away and get out there myself! Can't beat the west coast of Scotland! That last shot of Father & daughter watching the sunset was so precious!
So stunning guys, such a beautiful happy family 🌿
thank you so much!
Remember locks are found in doors and canals, we have lochs 😊.
Could someone kindly let me know where is Athena’s green base layer from? The color is just stunning ❤
Hi! Both of Athena's base layers come from Findra Clothing, a small independent clothing company in Scotland. Really lovely kit..
Very lovely family ❤
Thank you!
Which boots are Harvey wearing? They have an orange heel.
Thanks and I’m so glad you like our wee country. 🏴🥃
Life is good. Just walk
Hi, what type of baby boots are at 2:30? They look good!
Hi, the boots are from a company called Spotty Otter, they do some great kids outdoor clothing.
😊👍👍
Where is Athena’s sweater from at the beginning of the video?? Been looking for something like that for ages!
It's the Fjallraven Orvis - not cheap but lovely!
@@lostlangley thanks! Maybe I’ll ask for Xmas 😂
3:00 such a beautiful sweather 😍
Do you know that during WW2 Gruinard Island was laced with anthrax as part of biological warfare experiments which killed specimen sheep on the island, after the anthrax bombs were dropped. Some time later, the carcass of an affected sheep was washed up on the mainland, after which a dog ate some of the carcass and became violently ill and died. After numerous subsequent unexplained livestock deaths on the area opposite the island in Gruinard Bay area and subsequent public disquiet and immediate pay offs by the ministry of defence, the Island was supposedly cleaned up and all spores removed by the ministry of defence by the 90's. Early this year in 2022, when you would not expect a natural fire because it is so wet, Gruinard Island was on fire from end to end. Was Anthrax found again by Porton Down and a fire set to eradicate newly found Anthrax spores the decision they took ? We will never know. Anyway what is for certain, I would not let any member of my family disturb earth or sand in Gruinard Bay area.
Hi Steve thanks for the heads up, we were not aware of this.. but have no fear we are all well and alive!
+1:21 ☢☢☢
+8:16 lovely to see a natural vegetation mix as opposed to the desolate game shoot landscape
Hi Daytona, Yes I fully agree, this trip really gave me some hope that there is a lot of movement to creating a better more diverse landscape for the future. It small steps but fundamentally all steps in the right direction. nothing is going to change over night but the ball is most certainly rolling..
Yay…more van life in the highlands. 😕
What’s wrong with that?
@@rhiannonrogers9891 the highlands have been in swamped with campervans for the last 2-3 years. There is inadequate infrastructure to support such a high volume and this has lead to : dumping of waste into public toilets / water courses / car parks, parking up in completely inappropriate locations (school car parks, cemeteries, people driveways), inability to drive on single track roads (holding up traffic, unable to reverse etc)…it’s been a nightmare and videos like this just glamourise it all.
Wasn’t expecting to listen to what sounded like an advert for Square Space
Yes I use their services every day and they are an ongoing supporter of this channel. It’s great to have a long term sponsor as it means I can keep making videos!
Oh this is so wholesome, makes me want to puke
This area looks absolutely stunning! So enjoyed this video and seeing your lovely family out and about! Walking in Scotland is magical!
Great video, really enjoyed watching your trip in beautiful Scotland. Lovely to see Aife exploring her surroundings.
