That is nowhere in the scriptures. It does not solve world hunger, greed is not the way. Children are an inheritance from God. They are not the problem. Greed is the problem, and lack of good will among humans.

Stop blaming the parents, who also are just as poor and hungry and starving too. Children are an inheritance from God. They are not the problem. Greed is the problem, around the world, a world rich in resources.
