The ingredients are the same as the spiced carrot cake except the carrots are swoped for pumpkin. I will have to try this. Thanks MK for all your wonderful recipes

This looks delicious!! Is there I can do to reduce the sweetness of frosting without compromising texture? I made your coconut cake and it delicious but the frosting was too sweet for my liking.
Thanks so much! :) And you can reduce the icing sugar by about 1/4 cup and the consistency of the frosting should be fine, but I've also heard others adding cornstarch to thicken up frostings which you could try if you feel the frosting isn't firm enough :)

So the cream cheese here is quite white too, I think it may just be the saturation in the post editing which is making it look extra yellow, though I do still believe it is slightly more yellow than what you might get in the US as the cows here tend to produce a more yellow-hued milk because of the food they eat :) people say NZ butter is also very yellow compared to overseas - interesting huh! So happy to hear you're enjoying the videos :D
You can make something very similar to allspice: Mix: ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ¼ teaspoon cloves Then add whatever you need of this mixture (allspice) to the recipe

Mix:
