    So I have loose skin on my neck, because I lost some weight. I've seen all these exercises with tilting your head back, but I need to be reassured they're ok, because I fear they stretch the skin even more.. Thank you.

      Hi! They should be fine but if you are concerned then you can do less of a tilt x

      Exercise don't make sense because you are further stretching the skin.

      You can do this video twice a day and for best results a 20-30 minute daily programme from my App or dvd x

      Once to twice a day. Results vary from person to person but keeping up regularly is key to strengthening muscles
