Slip of thr tongue, accidentally said he, instead of she for Dorthia, the singer of Windhand. Dudnt carch rhe mostake until after i uploaded the video.
Windhand's singer Dorthia Cottrell is amazing. She's got a couple haunting singer songwriter country solo albums that are not metal but worth looking into if you like her voice. And as always Frost Giant with another killer pedal
Do you happen to have a Schecter Solo-II of some sort? Custom, Apocalypse, Blackjack. Regardless, could you make a video on how to set up that style of guitar for metal? I know a lot of metal players prefer staight necks with low action, but is that possible on an LP style guitar? (Short scale length)
I don't, unfortunately, but I love schecter, I've owned several and they've all been great and I've said for years the solo II is one of the most underrated single cuts on the market. While you always need some relief on a guitar neck, the action, at least for me, should be as low as possible without buzzing. This guitar, my FGN, the action is super low and plays so good and I don't see why something in the solo II line couldn't also get nice low action.
@@MetalHeadProductions I just got a Solo-II Blackjack which comes stock with Lundgren M6 pickups. It's a beast of a guitar. Wanting to lower the tuning to C Standard. What gauge would you recommend for that tuning on a Solo-II? I hate fret buzz lol.

Everything Frost Giant makes is stellar, and this pedal is no exception.
Great demo dude!

I messed up too and he instead of she and didn't catch it until I uploaded it
Well, now I have to buy one.
I just did! 😂
@@alejandroglz.b.4590 Me too!
THIS IS IMMENSE 😳
sounds killer
Everything about this mix sounds fantastic. Props, sir.
Yep, definitely nails the Windhand sound! It also reminded me of the tone from the Lysol album by Melvins
It almost sounds like early Obituary, especially the tone on Slowly We Rot with more mids cuttingthrough. It's pretty badass.
