Mad scientist + engineer + chef = Webspoon I love the humor and absolute genius of your videos. I could watch them all day. Excellent videography and editing.

I don’t own a dehydrator but this was interesting to watch. I really didn't know black garlic was a thing. It's always nice for me to expand my cooking knowledge and learn about something new. Thanks for sharing. 👍❤️
I made it at my restaurant a lot. We didn't use a dehydrator. We would put garlic with the top of the bulb cut off packed tightly in our hotel pan (big metal pan) and drip just a small amount of neutral oil across. Cover with plastic and foil tightly and used the residual heat from the ovens after we turn them off over night. We would take them out for the day while we used the ovens and rinse and repeat for days. Never heard of the dehydrator being used, but guess that can work. I need to make some black garlic too...I love the stuff.
Who knew? I love garlic and can’t wait to try this! I love your videos w the sexy voice narration and the superb production team. Your videos are so easy to follow, and I enjoy the humor throughout. Thank you! God bless Ukraine!🙏🏻
I found a recipe several years ago for black garlic that worked. Wrap the bulbs in wet paper towels (to hold in moisture), then in aluminum foil (to hold in heat), and put in crock pot on lowest setting for 2 weeks. Just check every now and then to make sure there in a little water in the bottom of the pot. I was afraid of it at first, and didn't know what to do with it, but love the taste. I would love more recipes to use black garlic!
Feel free to explore various recipes and experiment with black garlic. Its versatility allows you to be creative in the kitchen. Enjoy your culinary adventures with this unique ingredient!
I ROLLED LAUGHING when you were shaking the garlic! Thank you for sharing all the recipes and at the same time bring us a laugh, enjoy the WAY you do things, (very different and entertaining) and your cool background visuals! ✌️

Actually dehydration doesn't cost that much. Dehydrators don't pull that much electricity. I have left my dehydrator on for at least a couple of weeks. When I got my dehydrator, I figured out it was costing me about a dollar a week.
I ADORE garlic so I hope we can see more =) How would you make this garlic without a dehydrator? It looks a lot like when I put my roasted garlic in the fridge for a month... similar taste maybe?

I have never heard of black garlic. At this time I do not know how far I would have to drive to buy any. However, I do buy and grow white (regular) garlic. Thank you or this educational video about black garlic and white garlic.
I love the idea of shaking the garlic in jars! I was just using 2 metal bowls. Also when you roast all the garlic in olive oil, not only do you have great roasted garlic puree, you have roasted garlic olive oil as well!! Win, Win!!!
