    Just what I was needing! I couldn't figure out how to get the crown and stem off. Now I just need to get the back back on the watch

      @@watchwizard Nautica BFD100 Green Color and another Black strap with Lime Face, seems to keep good time. Also have Seiko skx007 runs fast. Also have Casio - GWN1000 and GRB200,

      Hello Sir, try to regulate your Seiko watch. Even after regulating, if your watch is gaining time. Then you have to service your watch.

      What would a service do ? Lube the bearings to make watch run Faster ????
