I thought I would share that if you already live in another Caribbean island which is an OECS you have the freedom to move to another OECS country. You can work and live in that country for as long as you want.
Can you ask your realtor to talk about buying a home versus having one built in Grenada. Also how to find a reputable builder and which option makes more sense financially.

Here it's generally more about creating jobs, if you're a foreigner. Not so easy to find work in Grenada, but it's not impossible either
