    Ten minutes is all it will take for your core to feel on fire.
    You will need a Pilates bar, your mat & ten minutes ‘me’ time.
    The plan for this quick workout was for it to be fast, effective and to focus on your core. However, by the end of the workout, I had not only ticked all those boxes, but I also felt challenged and like I had really worked my upper body. What's not to love 💕.

    I’ve done yoga and I’ve done resistance band training but I’m especially excited having just discovered your channel that this might just be the best of both worlds. Do you have any suggestions for how to increase the intensity if it needs to be?

    I found you by searching Pilates Resistance Bar workouts because I just bought one today! I love your workouts so far! I would love to see one specifically for lean legs if you don’t already have that

    I used a Pilates band but it was not long enough need to get the bar but I was able to do it with resistance band with handles 🔥💪

    Is it bad that I can’t peel back up off the floor in the first few exercises you do in this video?? 🥲

      Not at all … it is so challenging… please be kind to yourself and 💯 don’t beat yourself up . Start in a seated position , find your ‘c-curve’ flexing your spine & drawing your navel in towards your spine. Then slowly roll back to where you can maintain your c-curve and pause at the point at which you feel if you went any further backwards you wouldn’t be able to roll up. Hold at the ‘buying point’ breathe in and then ‘breathe out’ and roll up . You do not need to roll all the way up off the mat or all the way down to the mat for this movement to be effective and challenging x
