Im glad you told themm about griot and beef! Some people have there meat dry, rubbery and overcooked. They don't under that you need the meats natural oil to cook the meat tender. ❤❤❤❤
This is too funny; I just seasoned some chicken (I don't do pork) by putting the epis in the bottom of the pan then put the chicken in before adding more epis several hours for the first time. I also put the epis on the mix. 😄

Griot requires salt, parseley, hot pepper and sour orange juice! All of these spices changes rhw flavor. Done!
