  • There is one health concern that research shows to be the true underlying root cause of diseases such as cardiovascular issues, blood pressure concerns, diabetes, Alzheimer's, cancer, depression, autoimmune issues, and more.
    Unfortunately, this issue is not well understood by conventional medicine, but we are beginning to see more and more people discussing it.
    So today I want to dive deeper into this and go over what it is, how it impacts your health and foods you can avoid.
    Join me on today’s Cabral Concept 3077, where I share with you the #1 health issue that no one is talking about.
    Enjoy!

    NEW HERE?
    Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
    For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
    Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
    I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
    If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

      I recommend starting with the StephenCabral.com/DFP-1 first and then adding to this based on lab testing results from the StephenCabral.com/Minerals-Test-1 or StephenCabral.com/Candida-Test-1

    Do you have any takes on PUFA from whole foods vs vegetable oils? How important do you think it is to limit, fatty turkey/chicken, high pufa fish, nuts and seeds etc?

      @stephencabral  29 днів тому

      Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) from whole foods, such as fatty fish, nuts, and seeds, are generally considered healthier due to their natural composition and accompanying nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. In contrast, PUFAs from vegetable oils, especially when refined and used in processed foods, can be prone to oxidation and may contribute to inflammation. It's important to balance PUFA intake by focusing on whole food sources while limiting highly processed vegetable oils. Moderation is key, so including fatty turkey, chicken, high PUFA fish, nuts, and seeds in a balanced diet can provide essential nutrients without overconsumption of PUFAs.

    Dr. Ray Peat (not your Dr. Peet) has been talking about LPS Endotoxin for 30+ years. Mainstream science needs to catch up!
