I wanted to read the comments to estimate the level of pain, to see if it'll be bearable for me if I'll go to get it done in the salon. I can hardly tolerate any pain to be honest. But I did not expect that I'll be able to learn to do it myself just like that by watching this video! I did not wrap the ends around my fingers though, I tied the knot makind one big loop just like ILOVEMUSSSICCC suggested and voila, I can do it! Very impressive! Thank you for posting it!
I absolutely love this method. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for many years now. The results are spectacular. It's always so precise, clean and SUPER cheap! If you've never had this done before, give it a try.

I think she done a GREAT job explaining it for it to be her first time. There are a few things that I know how to do that would be really hard to have to explain it out loud. So, kudos for that. And... I know she wasn't trying to be funny but I must admit I kinda laughed on the part about "not worrying about your finger turning purple". Ha. I know it's not exactly what she meant, but I remember my mom always telling me when I was little to not wear pony tail holders on my wrist.
Doesn't matter what anyone else said you are amazing. Other tutorials left me confused but after watching you I was able to do it on my first try

Thanks Houda. That made total sense. Im a solo dad im learning this so i can one day when i have packed down and nailed the art of threading i can do my own tidy up on my eye brows and thread me my daughters eyebrows when shes older aswell 😁😊👌🏽

Hi you did great even me with no training understood you.I look forward to watching more of your tutorials.I have no eyebrows i have alopeica so no eyelashes or hair I finely got the false eyelashes down, and a full lace real hair wig have another one ordered i get it the end of this week so glad, this one is about ready to retire i look like everyboy else now i am learning how to put eyeshadows and all makeup on by watching these videos just me and hubby know about how i really look so happy.

Thanks, this helped me. I need a LOT of practice before I can do to much with it, but I was able to remove a lot of unwanted 'mustache' hair. It doesn't even hurt (as people have been saying it does) and aside from figuring out how to get that space between my eyes better, this really helped.
nice tutorial I think you made a very good demonstration and it is easy to view and understand and also I can hear you at the same time as you are pressing the thread against your face cause I know that I cannot talk awhile doing this cause I need full concentration while doing everything all of the time. I've always had this immense fear of having someone else do my eyebrows (for the reasons of not them not turning out how I like) so I've had to learn how to wax my eyebrows myself and use other techniques. I'm now looking into threading, and I just want to say you explained it quite well :)
That's it? i thought it was much more complicated! You made it more simple than i expected. plus you sounded very comfortable to hear and you sound like a mom teaching me something useful ^^
I finally found a video that gives me a clear idea on how to do this thing. Btw, got distracted several times by the blue fingers. lol

O like this video it thought me how to hold the string in a different way, that may help me be a little more confident when i thread my clients.. unfortunately I got got thrown in with the thread wolves and I have to for the company I work for, but I'm a beginner so basically I try to stay safe and remove the fine hairs then tweeze a lil on the actual brow.. but I need to actually be able to thread lol.

Sure, it hurts in the beginning, but later you get more speed, and it's easier :)

hi,thanx started practising on my legs first before attacking my face, your method is so easy to get the hang of, will try on my clients next year stick to waxing for them for now until then i will attack myself my poor legs!!!

Its always easier to thread your own eyebrows from the top, like you've shown however threading below your eyebrow (above eyelid) is alot more difficult as you usually need to make the skin taut so that you dont grab your skin in the thread.
I can't believe how much this helped me! Great tutorial really!but yah the thinner string doesnt do that to the finer

It depends on the person who does the threading. After years of threading, a persian woman told me it depends on how they wind the thread whether or not it hurts!
