Vince Russo makes an interesting point in this edition of The Wrestling Outlaws, presented by Sportskeeda. He feels like Tony Khan, under normal circumstances would have booked Sting's last match against The Undertaker. If Mark Calaway hadn't been loyal to WWE and Vince McMahon, this is a match that could have certainly happened in AEW. EC3 tells Dr. Chris Featherstone about all the exciting fan art he would see for a potential Sting vs. The Undertaker match in the 90s. It's certainly a WHAT IF episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, here on Sportskeeda WrestleBinge.

I was hoping Sting wrestle against Undertaker when he came to WWE. I was disappointed when Sting lost to Triple H because of the NWO.

Hypothetically, yes. However, they've both retired. And Taker was much worse off by the time he called it a day. Plus, I couldn't see Taker going over to AEW for one match. So realistically, no.so

it would been a great match what a big huge mistake not to put these two in the money and numbers of people i would have made happen all do respect to triple undertaker vs sting would made on greatest matches and moment and if have come out and be in the ring and face to face and do a promo with each other how you drop the ball on something like these coming.

Nobody. Dream matches don’t require a heel or face. As long as the story works, they could play it off as face v face. Look at Batista v taker or Shawn v Cena or Rock v Cena
