Great example of what we mean when we talk about "breathing new life into Morrowind" - stellar acting, thanks Ryan!
I do like how Skywind is keeping the originality of the gravely, throaty, chain smoker male dunmer voices from Morrowond, but also allowing variations to exist with less harsher sounding voices for male dunmer as well.

Thanks! I think it stands to reason the rasp would vary from Dunmer to Dunmer as such variations do from person to person in real life. I think the proximity to the volcano is a factor - I kick the rasp up several notches with the Ashlanders I play. If you lean too hard into the rasp, you become monotone and lose the ability to act and inflect.
There was a lot of emotion in your voice acting. Impressive work!
It makes sense that if this guy has spent most of his time in some mushroom tower or in a Redoran underground dwelling for example, then the ash didn't get to him as much and his voice hasn't become as raspy. Adds immersion!

I presume you killing the person is a alternative way to complete the quest.

There's plenty more angry stuff from this chap! You'd have to be pretty bad at RPGs if you fail a quest that requires only a standard cure disease potion - though IIRC you can tell him she's already died, which makes me wonder if it's a timed quest?
