Thanks for watching. Yes i still love making story videos and will keep making those in addition to reviews. ( if the reviews continue to do well) Also, if you liked this review check out the whole movie. It’s somehow an enjoyable watch and a “cute” movie. I never thought I’d feel that on the inside but here i am saying it with confidence. The hardest part to watch is how slow it gets in certain parts because it’s starting to be dated. Still fun though and I will be watching it again in the future.
The best experience (or worst?) is when you really loved a movie when you were a child only to grow up and realize all the adult stuff in it and wonder how your parents allowed you to watch said movie in the first place.
90s movies were so good there wasn't as much moderation at the time so you could watch violent stuff but there was just enough so it didn't go too overboard
I used to think that Haley Joel Osment played Frank, but it was another actor who retired from acting not long after the film tanked. Also, the taxi driver's reaction in the scene when V asks the boys to lift their shirts over their heads pretty much sums up what most of the audience was thinking!
I’m all for this format. Just be careful of not leaning to far. It’s very Alex Meyers style. I love it, justbe careful. I love this channel. Doing what I can to help. Blessed be the algo.
I had never heard of this movie and holy cow! This was a ride the whole way through. Perfect way to be 'exposed' to it for the first time. Glad to hear the film review format worked and that you'll be doing more of these. Love the concept and can't wait to see some more.
I like the reviews. It's what brought me to the channel and I have been watching the back catalog. Good stuff, I'm glad the channel seems to be in recovery.
Actually I like watching everything you have put out. Childhood stories, life stories, movie reviews. I hope you keep putting stuff out. Glad found you again. Tired of watching people play games. Fun watching people get scared of scary tick tocs, too. Btw
I liked this movie review too! I think this format is working because it's not just some random movie but one that you grew up with and meant something to you. The connection comes across, love it.
Can you show us more things you love, like comics, games, movies, tv shows and so on.. its interesting and its great seeing you talk about things you grew up loving
Both formats are good. The Blank Check video was just the first video I've seen of yours pop up in forever. I literally said out loud where the hell have you been!?
8:58 this scene reminds me of the Spider Hunt episode of New Girl where Nick thinks they’re talking about a popcorn maker and Jess is thinking that Nick wants to date Cece
Your story time videos are awesome, but the movie reviews are pretty damn golden. Maybe it's the movies your picking, but like I watch quite a few animated YT movie review channels, and yours is such a fresh take. Also like really random awesome movies, much more different than the other reviewers I watch.
I never saw it as a kid, but yes, wouldve loved it lol. And I'm definitely going to watch the blank check vid you did. Was actually talking about that movie a couple weeks ago.
Alex this is like an animated version of creators like Eddy Burback, Drew Gooden, Kurtis Connor, and Danny Gonzales. Who I all love. This format is great
It's crazy. I always remembered the trailers for this movie and I never got the whole movie from said trailers and commercials. Never saw it fully but this review showed me what it was about. Did not expect all of this to happen 😅
For the scene where he does a class demonstration, they could have just made it to where it was a male teacher that was infatuated with her and he lets it slide because he was “selected” for the demonstration and doesnt want the kids to rat him out
You should watch Space Milkshake, the entire premise is a space garbage cleanup crew finds a rubber duck that matches a rubber duck a girl got as a gift, turns out the duck isnt what it seems. (Its a neat monster movie)
90's kid's movies are dirty? Tell me something I don't know but seriously they aren't that bad... Oh fuck I remember this movie! This is gonna be an amazing episode of Alex Clark's reviews.
i'm curious how this would turn out is your dad was cosplaying has the dad in the movie, your mom as the tutor, and your evil sis as Walter and Cash lol
Honestly, your thumbnails are not clickable. Especially if your talking about movies, don’t just use your animated person. Use your animated person and maybe put him over or in a scene of the movie. And make it pop more.
Commented on the previous review of a childhood movie after being gone for a long time. Glad to see you did another, this was just as enjoyable with the added bonus of never having seen or heard of this one myself. Thanks for the laughs, looking forward to the next.
This movie kinda hung out in my brain for 30 years … I’m almost positive it was because MG was smoking hot. The movie was kinda dumb but MG was freaking incredible looking back then.
brodie still acting like we forgot
Good thing this channel dying already
Can't wait!
Indeed
Quick question what happened?
who's brodie?
Thanks for watching. Yes i still love making story videos and will keep making those in addition to reviews. ( if the reviews continue to do well)

We love your content Alex! We're with you to the very end.👍
Epic
I love these movie reviews. You do in differntly than everyone else. Kepp going
Glad to here that the reviews are doing well. I love them! :)
I love your movie reviews, Alex, please make more of them in the future.
The best experience (or worst?) is when you really loved a movie when you were a child only to grow up and realize all the adult stuff in it and wonder how your parents allowed you to watch said movie in the first place.
Precisely, I can't believe that I was allowed to watch this movie, Blank Check and Grease as a child!
Yeah. My reaction when I watched the 'nice' ghost story Lady In White with my son. Damn I never knew what that movie was really about.
90s movies were so good there wasn't as much moderation at the time so you could watch violent stuff but there was just enough so it didn't go too overboard
That’s part of the reason why they were so beloved.
I agree
Yo I forgot this movie existed until like 45 minutes ago, and holy shit what a fucking blast from the past. Wild this thing was made at all. LOL.
oh, and former first/third baseman for the Red Sox from 2004 to 2012, Kevin Youkilis, had an uncredited role.
“If I had a nickel for every animated movie reviewer named Alex, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s wired that I happen twice”
"all little boys are perverts, but this one has a heart of gold" lmaooooo best line
Thank you. I’ll take my bow now and leave. 😂

Hahaaa. Yes. I also thought it was Haley.

it’s obviously the “wait a minute, who ARE you?!?” kid. lol
The realization of how bad this movie was almost broke my inner child. I still love this goofy movie though. ❤️
ME TOO!
@@itsalexclark
Hi Alex! I'm a big fan and love your work

@adduco yo the "goofy movie" disney 🤣🤣🤣
@Zazycat 1000
What do you mean?
I’m all for this format. Just be careful of not leaning to far. It’s very Alex Meyers style. I love it, justbe careful. I love this channel. Doing what I can to help. Blessed be the algo.
I busted out laughing, unexpectedly, at the line, “My son bought me a hooker?” I know it’s a very dated film, but that was funny.
you bust?
@@harold1844 😐
@@lactosetolerance45 what?
I hope any son would love their father enough to do same.
@@itsalexclark I think it helped it was Ed Harris and his delivery took me by surprise. 😅
I had never heard of this movie and holy cow! This was a ride the whole way through. Perfect way to be 'exposed' to it for the first time.
Glad to hear the film review format worked and that you'll be doing more of these. Love the concept and can't wait to see some more.
i Luv watching reviews w UA-camrs. Feels like a hangout let's go
I can't really think of this as problematic, I just find it very hilariously tone-deaf and more often adorable.
This video made me want to subscribe again. You're doing great with this new format dude!
Lmao why is this a movie
Im so happy your doing another one of these
90s baby. Damnit 😂
I like the reviews. It's what brought me to the channel and I have been watching the back catalog. Good stuff, I'm glad the channel seems to be in recovery.
Fingers crossed

I love this you should do one a month, it will be something to look forward to
Happy to see the blank Check video did great for you because I love this concept for movie reviews.
haven't watched ur vids in a while and i like this new format
Thanks
I liked this movie review too! I think this format is working because it's not just some random movie but one that you grew up with and meant something to you. The connection comes across, love it.
I haven't seen your story time videos, (Im gonna check them out) but I really enjoy your movie reviews, keep it up
Please keep doing this. these videos are wonderful
I love how all these movie reviews make the movies seem so different and make you wanna watch them lol
Your movie reviews are great! I hope they keep coming!
Can you show us more things you love, like comics, games, movies, tv shows and so on.. its interesting and its great seeing you talk about things you grew up loving
Sure!
Also, 10,000 views already is pretty good I think. You grow stronger under pressure sir. I admire your determination. Persistence is key to success.
I appreciate that!
Both formats are good. The Blank Check video was just the first video I've seen of yours pop up in forever. I literally said out loud where the hell have you been!?
Thanks for letting me know. I think that’s what’s good about these. It pushes them out in the algorithm more than the stories
Gotta watch this now, Alex said it was good
8:58 this scene reminds me of the Spider Hunt episode of New Girl where Nick thinks they’re talking about a popcorn maker and Jess is thinking that Nick wants to date Cece
the million dollars makes sense cause her boss was stealing from his boss and he had to hide the money somewhere and he hid it in the car
This movie was something 😂😂😂. Loving the new format btw
It's been a while since watching your channel, I'll keep tuning in Alex
“Why should we trust you?”
“Because I got a gun.”
New favorite quote of anything ever
Loving these movie analysis videos
Who else has been watching this guy for 5 years
10:16 on the board behind the teacher, it's written sex cells😅😅😅
Your story time videos are awesome, but the movie reviews are pretty damn golden.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again- I love this format bc I was already watching content like this! Keep it up
My mom wouldn't let me finish the movie once she realized what the plot was
Alex coming back to the algorithm!!!
Delightfully disgusting! By delightfully I mean awfully
Honestly, a dirty kids movie would be airplane. My mom hates it.
Alex this is like an animated version of creators like Eddy Burback, Drew Gooden, Kurtis Connor, and Danny Gonzales. Who I all love.
This format is great
Alex, love the reviews and stories, so do what you like.
Imagine getting 1.1 million for that...uhh...movie.
So in summary, this movie is a beautiful disaster
It's crazy. I always remembered the trailers for this movie and I never got the whole movie from said trailers and commercials. Never saw it fully but this review showed me what it was about. Did not expect all of this to happen 😅
I saw it while working at the movie theater. The theater was usually close to empty.
You ever watch a movie and think "what the hell were people thinking that made them conjure this up?"
Read the ebert review of this movie. Based on your comment i think it will give you a great laugh
Okay this is a pretty bizarre movie but I definitely see the appeal.
Keep the reviews coming, made me laugh super hard and cry too 😭😭
Completely forgot about this movie. Thanks for the somewhat inapropriate jet fun walk down memory lane. 🤣
Hey Alex as long as you happy it doesn’t matter what content you make we will always support
Thanks. Glad to have such thoughtful fans. I always do my best to give you something to look forward to
Thats kinda bad of you to say that though.
this movie is still so good if not a bit corny nowadays but man did i love this movie when i was a kid!!!
Yes I am happy with kind of content in the future.
Love this kind of format and story telling!
I really like this new concept I hope you keep doing this videos
Alex Meyers and Alex Clark in the same week let's go
For the scene where he does a class demonstration, they could have just made it to where it was a male teacher that was infatuated with her and he lets it slide because he was “selected” for the demonstration and doesnt want the kids to rat him out
Dude I found your channel after the blank check movie video. I loved these movies as a young boy too. This idea of problematic or priceless is killer.
I think the best thing about these is that it’s a new movie I haven’t seen but maybe I’d like to see ones I watched
This was made as a troll movie
I like the story times but this is cool too 👍
The movie reviews are really funny, so please make more!
The bird sighting scene makes perfect sense to me. Plain to see Alex is not a birder!!
There should be a separate section for stupid things 😂
You should watch Space Milkshake, the entire premise is a space garbage cleanup crew finds a rubber duck that matches a rubber duck a girl got as a gift, turns out the duck isnt what it seems. (Its a neat monster movie)
Excuse me what
@@itsalexclark i think you’d enjoy the absurdity in the movie, its very low budget and holds a dear place in my heart.
I dont care what you do with the direction of the channel as long as your good with what your doing.
90's kid's movies are dirty? Tell me something I don't know but seriously they aren't that bad...
Oh fuck I remember this movie! This is gonna be an amazing episode of Alex Clark's reviews.
Now with the movie reviews your starting to make me think of Alex Meyers
How is it the movies is a few minutes in and it's already so problematic 🤣🤣🤣
Okay this is clearly not a kids movie🤣
This is cool but still love the story time so I think you should do both
Seems like a weirder yet slightly more wholesome version of Good Boys? The 90's was a weird time lol
i'm curious how this would turn out is your dad was cosplaying has the dad in the movie, your mom as the tutor, and your evil sis as Walter and Cash lol
Bro is VAILD, tell me he is not, just figured about this guy today, but this man is vaild
This movie was played on commercial tv quite often. I remember watching it a few times. I forgot about some adult stuff..
Honestly, your thumbnails are not clickable. Especially if your talking about movies, don’t just use your animated person. Use your animated person and maybe put him over or in a scene of the movie. And make it pop more.
ok ill do this for the next one
Hey Alex at 6:34 they were smoking, BUT movie productions have fake cigarettes for movies like this it’s a movie prop
Bro I love you bro thank you so much for posting
8 minutes in, and I feel like having a stroke.
Props to me for making it that far though
I’d never heard of this movie before this video and I’m so confused as to how it was ever made lmao
Aren’t we all
Oh I know of this one. A movie that couldn't be made today.
Technically, it did when Seth Rogen made the movie “Good Boys”.
@@dariusivey543 that was about boys wanting to learn how to kiss, and really it was just Max. And that was an R at least.
@@wespapes2054 Oh right. Forgot it was Rated R 😅
Man, I really like these videos talking about old movies. I hope you enjoy making them.
I hope so too!
Still can't believe both Alex's are reviewing movies
I love keep stuff like this stories about your childhood
whyy justttt why is this a kidssss MOVIE KIDS K. I. D. S.

Glad you enjoyed it!
Happy 2023 Alex Clark and i always watch your videos stuff because is very awesome 🤩
And that original movie it is very awesome too course because I love movies and tv shows 😊
I think I'll stick to John Hughes' Weird Science.
Oh man. We just watched that. It was harder to get through than i would have thought
Love these videos!
Glad you like them!
This movie kinda hung out in my brain for 30 years … I’m almost positive it was because MG was smoking hot. The movie was kinda dumb but MG was freaking incredible looking back then.
This movie was excruciating on every level but at least we got Roger Ebert's review (and this one).
