2 things that is killing ebay: 1. Sellers unable to leave negative feedback 2. No consequences for scammers and refund surfers
You can leave reports for buyers and ebay do take actions occasionally to bad buyers

I've been doing well on some days but recently noticed it has gone quite and I've must of sent like 7 offers and no catch, some awesome finds there Ian and it's always worth having a nose through the books and amazing video like always mate.
I'm hoping to do some filming next week before the Cardiff Card Show video need to mention eBay sales and recent Pokémon eBay pickups.
Ahhh!! Was at this big Tesco picking up some groceries this evening with my two girls! Yay for North Cardiff. Also, Hapus in Llandaff North just got bigger! Walked by but they weren't quite ready to open yet.

Any eBay issues I always have this saved ready to paste. Works a treat:
“I would also really appreciate if you would consider not leaving neutral / negative feedback as I was unaware of the fault. I will also be sure to leave you positive feedback as well for being so understanding.”

I had a situation last week where messages one after another came flying in my inbox , about a tee shirt i sold that was deemed to be fake. What really baffled me is the code all checked out ok when i sourced it and i double checked before listing it. In the end I refunded him his tenner back and took the loss . I don’t use the Al description its very long winded paragraph of unnecessary information, same as RRP prices in Titles and Desc i never do that either . 😊👍🏻all personal choice of course.
Sometimes it's easier to just avoid the hassle. Yeah not sure what value the AI description actually adds either

Must be something in the water. I've had a buyer accusing me of selling him a fake coat and demanding a full immediate refund. Despite the fact that I told him I had brought it brand new from a shop (the item still has the tags on) he still keeps telling me that it's fake. Advised him to issue a return request via EBay and will refund him once I get it back and haven't heard from him since.

Trying it on that buyer angling for a partial refund . I expect he/she started rambling on saying they know there clothing and are experts …. your wrong all that kind of stuff 😳. Some buyers hey absolute cretins

My sales have dropped since Xmas mate, i list regularly, I reduce prices but nowt has been helping lately
Its such a shame. I got a negative because royal mail lost the item even tho i gave a full refund. ebay refused to remove the feedback crazy. love the content :)
I sold a dress on eBay recently and the buyer messaged me saying the sleeves were stretched out, I knew they were not so asked for a photo but never heard back.

There's definitely something in the eBay pond as it's too much of a coincidence lots of people are saying their sales are down. People are definitely more agitated in this day and age too and can be quick to leave unjust feedback without fully understanding the situation. That being said, these AI descriptions are absolutely diabolical and I will actively avoid any listing that uses them! 😂The poetic license the "intelligence" uses cannot be disputed, but Dylan Thomas would not have approved!

I do tend to price things based on condition... its when people want to buy top notch for battered prices
Sales have been terrible but they also been messing about again with the site 😢
I am sick of the item not received cases royal mail are not scanning parcels at the door so ebay make you refund them before you can make a lost parcel claim its qrong really

I will just say if you have a negative/neutral feedback case that you have given a full refund, you can speak to ebay and they will remove it as you had dealt with the buyers issues so there is no reason to leave any kind of poor feedback at all.
I think the first one as well shouldn't really stand, the item works and if it doesn't they can just return the item.
I only sell sealed Jigsaws now as I have had the same problem in the past
make sure you make a reply to the negative feedback as I have had one recently like you no negatives for over 12 months and then one out of the blue with no contact

i don't touch used jigsaws. too much hassle. and to be honest a 4000 piece used jigsaw would be my idea of hell!!

I had a message the other day from someone asking for a pic of the authors signature on a book because eBay’s AI said it was signed, I got lucky someone messaged before it sold 😂 gotta keep my eyes open using that from now on 😂

seems like really picky buyers or people that are hunting for partial refunds for no reason

I had a similar situation re feedback not realizing your are sending to the buyer they refused to remove the feedback. I ended up contacting customer services who pointed me in the direction of the appeal form which I did win, what i find strange why would Ebay think that if you contact a buyer who is unhappy with what they have purchased begging to remove Negative Feedback they are going to.If it was me i would just ignore the request.
I got negative feedback on a Swansea City hoodie that went to the USA. The buyer didnt like the drawstrings on the hood. There wasnt actually anything wrong with them and they were in the pictures. Some people are just arseholes. I messaged him calling him a winker and felt better about it. 😅
I fell foul of the AI feature myself & I wouldn’t use it again. The AI bot plays jazz with the truth😂🙈

I've got two negative feedbacks off the same buyer who was using two different accounts to try and buy a hi fi mini disc off me ....I didn't want to post to him because hes in the Highlands of Scotland i didn't know that till he won it so i msgd him and explained id only charged post to normal postage areas and id said on my listing i would not post abroad or Highlands or Ireland due to post costs ....he was downright rude saying i shouldnt be on ebay if i didnt want to sell stuff. So I cancelled his order re funded him ....and re listed my item stating again no Highlands.....and got a bid ....with a bit of detective work I saw it was same buyer so I blocked him bidding ....so he's left me FB negative 😡 eBay won't do anything about it huh

I stopped using AI description, just because it seemed too long for me. If I was a buyer I probably wouldn’t read the long message it displays, too Much irrelevant info.
Gone back to basics and just the title, any flaws if any and state to check images for condition. It worked for years so I thought carry on as previous
