- It's the news all collectors will dread... you're getting a loft conversion so losing all the storage space for your collection!!
I'll run you through how my ebay and youtube are performing financially, head round the charity shops to find stuff to resell, and I'll run you through some ebay solds.

We have only have 3 resources to devote to stuff in life / reselling...Time, energy and money! Glad to hear that although you are listing less due to youtube, youtube is helping out! I really enjoy your videos so please keep them coming.
Thank you for all the time you spend on videos. Really enjoy your content, you're a natural. Jelly Cat Guy is learning fast ❤
No worries Nat, thanks for watching and commenting :)
My daughter is 3 and I’ve got her rummaging through baskets. She loves it and I buy her whatever she finds whether it’s worth anything or not, just to keep her interested! Best £3-5 I spend
It's interesting to see what catches their attention too
Lovely video, happy for the little man to get a sale, there will be no stopping him now.
Ha yeah chuffed for him
I’m sure others have the same feelings as me, I enjoy watching the videos as I’m rooting for you. Come across really well and wish you the best
Nice to see the consoles and best wars Ian 👌 great videos mate joy to watch
Cheers troy appreciate it!!
Another great video, buddy 👍 keep up the content that loft isn't half as messy then mine lol
Great video pal some good sales pal
Ian…. Sell sell sell 😜😜😜😜 Thanks for sharing - it’s especially interesting to hear how much the UA-cam side has gone up! Well done 🎉
Keep Keep Keep Shell!!! Nah I do need to go through it all. Yeah youtubes got good momentum at the moment. Over the last 12 months, weekly views have increased from about 10k to about 15k :)
@@MasterofPieces amazing! You put a lot of time and effort into your UA-cam tho so you deserve it! X
Mate, really enjoyed those sales. A real mix of colectables, toys and gaming. A resellers dream, well for you and me anyway.
And £150 for a jacket, mental some of these charity shops. They really don’t understand that if someone wants to spend £150 on a jacket, they won’t be looking in a charity shop
Yes I remember the football fingers. Great video pal
Maaaaan hitting me right I'm the nostalgia! You'd make millions if you sold all that haha. I'm also so jealous of the space you have to store it, I legit have a single unit in my to store my resell bits 😅
Ha thing is you can never have enough space... there's always more that needs displaying!!! That nostalgia hits hard!
Pretty sure with a collection of that size you've no problem paying for a loft conversion Ian lol, unbelievable stuff
Cool Shadowless Pika! Very jealous ⚡️
I nearly had a heart attack when you pulled that 150 tag, I was thinking 60 70 but 150 👀 Jesus man 🤦♂️ crazy
I had to look twice to make sure I was reading it right
Some Systema games are worth a fortune, I love collecting those ❤
Always good to see them out in the wild
You're collection is insane but how exciting to be upgrading your house the way you are 😊. It was interesting to hear your breakdown on your sales etc. I would be interested to know if you've been to any reseller conventions and if you have, how have you them?
Love the content keep it up 🙌
Cheers dude
Needed to see how much the stickers were. Absolutely crazy pricing for sealed!
World cup boxed going for about £220 each
Without a loft conversion I wouldn't have a home "office"/reseller space and it's nice to know things up here remain warm and dry. That is, until I'm turfed out and it becomes a bedroom again! 😂 They're great spaces though and with a dormer you'll be amazed at the space you have. I'd say you'll be able to pay your way towards a decent chunk of the costs, but you'll have to remove your collector cap and replace it with your business boater! Moving cherished items on is the hardest bit though, without a shadow of doubt.
Ian you'll have to buy a storage container mate, that's the problem with collecting bulky stuff and i started selling off some of my vintage talking Pokémon plushes and get the same ones boxed easy to display and easy to store.
Awesome video like always mate and looking forward to seeing you at Cardiff Card Show soon mate 😎✌
I thought about storage but I can't justify paying a monthly rate just to store items indefinitely. Have the fun is being able to just flick through it all when I want and having it off site defeats that purpose.
Bring on the card show!!
@@MasterofPiecesI'm up for the card show mate 💪😎🍻🍻🍻
nice vid Ian!
In terms of content videos you could always start a series of videos you do from home…for example pick a type or genre of item and then do videos explaining what new collectors should look out for etc. I would love the in depth videos about what to look for in certain products. Just a thought mate
Love the videos, thank you. Have a question have you opted for an abay shop subscription, do you think it makes a difference. Regards Jason 🙂
Love a loft tour 😃😃
Ha just scratched the surface there. It'll all be revealed over the coming weeks
@@MasterofPieces boom! Enjoy your weekend champ
Same to you dude
A great bit of profit for the jelly cat kid im over the moon for him well done little man keep it up
Ha straight pack in his pocket to spend at the next one!!
@MasterofPieces I do the same with my boys anything I sell of there's on ebay I put in a pot and they can use it at the next car boot or charity shop in 12 months both have saved nearly £200
Cheers Ian 😊
Should have made it into the new games room 😅
Now that would be epic!!
I thought the same... However I wouldn't wanna have to explain that to the misses.
Poor jelly cat kid, I personally couldn't do that to my daughter, she has a huge collection.
Hope you got deep pockets for a loft conversion we recently had a kitchen extension back of house was expensive.
Prices almost doubled since pre COVID
Kitchen extension is a bit different from a loft conversion
Yep defo not cheap
@@neildaniels18 Still be expensive as it's the cost of materials that have gone sky high
Beyblade Arena is a great find! Found one of those last year and sold it for £50!
Surprised by the solds tbh... particularly without any of the beyblades too
@@MasterofPieces At the time it was quite a rare piece and very collectable. Not seen what the current market is for it. I always look out for Beyblades though, especially older ones
Try get down the boot sales and flog some off. Probably not the most ideal prices but it should fly out
Warhammer nerd jumping in, its not hearsay its Heresy.
Great vids as always.
I'll buy your silent Hill!!
Not been through the games to sell yet :)
I can't find you on ebay! Are you selling the Dreamcast console?
Mad price on that jacket, what is the matter with these charity shops ?.Stock cost them zilch.
I don't get it, you pick up so much cool stuff?? I think the collector in you doesn't like to sell 😀
I am doing about £520 monthly profit after taxes fees costs, however my UA-cam channel is just tanking - cannot hit the algorithm or that 1000 subs 😞 despite doing Bolo videos.
I think it's because I have autism and I don't present well.
Your presenting skills and story telling skills are brilliant, your also a brilliant dad which is what counts - keep up the good work.
Ha the collector definitely does not want to sell!!
I can't even pretent to know how the algorithm works. I just make videos that I enjoy making :)
Keep going dude
If it’s up the attic & not on display / kept for an extra retirement money time to get gone
You got monkey! My son has that one since birth and I bought the baby one last year
Loft conversion are between £50/£60k so no his shit would not pay for it
Don't forget July 12th new despicable movie
🍺👍🏻
First
2nd this morning limelight
Try harder 😂😂 early bird gets the worm
Second?!! I really thought I'd done it this time.
Why does the minion say paedo?
First 😂
Haha yaaaas Danny. First comment #winner 🏆
firstly your not collecting you have crossed the line to a hoarder, and im pretty sure if you sold all of your "collection" you would have more than enough to pay for your loft conversion, it would also solve your space problem
Ha at what point does collecting become hoarding? It's collecting because its targeting specific things... and I'll have no problem selling on parts of it. Some bits though I'll have to keep
