I feel like it’s about time Karen gets her flowers for her performance as Kimiko. I think people don’t realize it because of the lack of vocals but she’s always been one of the best actresses on the show. The way she can express emotion through her facial expressions is incredible. She played this scene so well.
I think the only reason she doesn't get more accolades despite her amazing performances as Kimiko is because the writers sometimes don't know what to do with her.
Kimiko, despite being one of the most brutal characters is also one of the most wholesome. I suck at showing emotions, But holy shit I fucking felt it when she started to scream. It always hits you hard when the mute character regains their voice at the worst situations.

i hoped to allready see him as one of the seven. cause from what we saw he might be strong enough to kill homelander. so Vought would use him like they did Black Noire in the comics, as a last resort. also hoped we would get Mary and the Gang with them this season.

Homelander was a Supe since conception, with the DNA of the strongest Supe of the time Soldier Boy who was created by Frederik Vought himself. And the embryo was mixed with Compound V in the lab. Sam is at best at the level of Queen Maeve (the strongest Supe in term of durability and physical strenght after Soldier Boy and Homelander) and I'm not even sure he could match her.
It’s kind of poetic that Kimiko lost her ability to speak after childhood trauma, and then regained it after adulthood trauma of Frenchie being taken from her

Delivering/doing their jobs doesn't automatically grant awards. Commendation and praise is awarded when due, just like in all other jobs out there. Producers have now realised that making shorter seasons tends to work better because the budget is split in less episodes meaning its quality is higher and also there're no filler episodes like we would have in shows like Flash back then with those +20 episodes per season
