At 1:13 instead of 3...Nf6,
3...Bf5 protects the P and refutes ....Nxf7 tricks.

I've been trying to play this gambit recently, however, I find on blacks 3rd move they nearly always play 3......h6, forcing me to take the e pawn, swap Knights then Queen's with a drawish position or even a slight advantage for black.
