Smoking doesn’t go by time only temp!
I totally understand the “temp over time” but sometimes it’s helpful to know a rough time so I can plan evenings and meals
Yes I go by temp... but if you have done a cook enough times you know an about time
Again, if I’ve done it before I’d know a rough time and wouldn’t ask. But that’s why I’m watching a video on it!
Wonder if I could finish on hot charcoal? Pull it out smoker about 130 140.
