First time using it my skin got caught up in the roller caused a blood clot ! Tried it on my other foot worked great! Very carefully tho lol

There is a button at the top press down on it and pull out the head I just did it one second - trying it to help you LOL

I used mine once but won't work now the side wasn't fixed right I try it on my daughter just stopped working I found a little metal clip I've no idea where it came from . Hope you can help me
