Loved this! So funny and expressed how I felt while reading it. I feel Tessa belongs with Will because that is where her heart is. I think she loves Jem, but not in the same way. I think I should say she's fond of him and attracted to his personality. If I had to choose one of the boys for myself....definitely Jem. He tugs my heart strings (and I have a thing for Asians). After finishing clockwork angel, I wasn't so sure if I was team will or jem's because they are just SO compatible with tessa and it was SO hard to choose. But after reading clockwork prince, I am solid team will. YES because oh my god, I love wessa's dynamics more and every time they're together it makes me feel something UGH. And I was so freaking frustrated at Tessa at the end because she wasn't SUPPOSED TO SAY YES WHEN YOU HAVE FEELINGS FOR TWO MEN AT THE SAME TIME. And then I got spoiled for clockwork princess. My heart broke. So bad.
I remember reading it and just sobbing because of Will and Tessa and Tessa and Jem. But I am a definite team Will. Tessa and him just have SO much more chemistry then her and Jem, but I want Jem to have his happy ending too.
I'd say I am on team Jem, but I always suspected Will was more special than he was letting. But Jem? I want Jem, so yah, Tessa can't have him. And hello, Will has loved Tessa since you know when. I
The Mortal Instrument series came out before the infernal devices,so you would be ok reading the MI series first. I wouldn't worry about mixing the two, I don't think it even gives anything away to either book series :-)
